Villa Luce Relax is a villa with swimming pool with Mediterranean architecture, set in a large garden with lawn and olive trees, located in Villa Castelli, a few minutes from the beautiful town of Grottaglie.
The villa is equipped with all modern amenities: air conditioning, wi-fi internet, sauna, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, professional kitchen with electric oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster etc.
The large garden, in addition to the beautiful swimming pool with whirlpool corner, is equipped with sunbeds for solarium, outdoor shower and barbecue area with wood-burning oven.

In the large garden, the soft, manicured lawn leads to the swimming pool, in which there is also a whirlpool corner. All around deckchairs and umbrellas allow you to spend moments of pure pleasure, both during the day and under the stars.
In addition, the wood-burning oven is perfect for preparing excellent grills and any other dishes.
The interiors of Villa Luce Relax consist of spacious and well-kept spaces that are bright and cozy. There is the living room with fireplace and TV, the super-equipped kitchen , as many as 3 triple bedrooms all with private shower rooms, and a spacious equipped veranda where you can have lunch and dinner outside.
Finally, in one of the bathrooms, there is also a sauna available to guests at the optional cost of 50 euros per day.

Villa Luce Relax is located in Villa Castelli, a small town on the outskirts of the wonderful city of Ceramics: Grottaglie.
All the main services are reachable by car in a few minutes.
The area is rich in natural beauty and small towns in the Valle d`Itria worth discovering, including Ceglie Messapica and Martina Franca.
Grottaglie is also very close to the historic city of Taranto, where cultural attractions are countless. One among them is the National Archaeological Museum.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from May June to September October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- One of the properties on the property will remain available to the owner, who, however, will not use the home in the presence of guests, leaving privacy and exclusivity to the customer. Guests will also have exclusive use of the veranda facing the pool.
- In one of the bathrooms, a sauna is available upon request, at an additional cost of 50 euros per day.
