Not worth the money

Not very satisfied
The room was ok, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable,the TV was very old,just not what I expected for the money. Also the manager was really strange and treated me like was really old,only 64.

Not worth the price
The clerk was friendly enough at check in, but argued with me about how I booked my reservation. I had done it through hotels.com and had my confirmation email open on my phone to show him. He kept stating that it was from Expedia. Really, I don't know what the difference makes?! After him going through the entire email he finally gave me my key. I booked a NON smoking room and the stench from the room as soon as we opened the door was overwhelming! I had an instant headache from the smokey smell. It was 4am or I would have requested another room. We had driven 8 hours all day and just needed sleep. The room was muggy so we kicked on the air conditioning and in the 5 hours we were in the room it never got cool. In addition, the bathroom door didn't close! It seemed like the hinges were bent or the door was swollen. The free breakfast was okay. Kids had cereal and donuts. The waffles looked good. Never did see the "fresh cookies" they advertise, but I know we got in late and left early. Really though, it's an older hotel and it showed. Should have been priced about $20 cheaper for the quality.

Awesome Experience! Will Recommend and Return
Check in last minute for a family trip to Six Flags. Was treated with the upmost respect. They even baked us fresh cookies and called our room when they were ready at the desk. Great experience. Will recommend and come back again if I goto Atlanta. Safe place. Not far from Six Flags and Atlanta. Can't ask for more. Great staff. Very polite and friendly. Respectful.

Questionable or kind of scary
Front desk girl was polite. Room stunk like some strong soap or perfume. Whatever it was, it wasn't nice. The bed was very hard and I woke up w mumb hands. Bed not made for side sleeper. Women hung out, out front, sitting on the ground, they didn't stay at the hotel bc they first asked to use my phone and then for the internet password. People came and went a lot. All appeared questionable, not like normal hotel patrons. Pool was ok. Breakfast last longer than normal, but ran out of muffins, rolls, OJ, fruit. We didn't ask for more, so I don't know if they would have refilled. Only Hot item was waffles from the maker.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Staff was really nice, they would go out of their way to help you. Clean and well kept. Rooms nice and beds were comfortable. I give it a thumbs up.

Over all. A lot better than some other hotels I've stayed in. Chair in room was kind of nasty. Stained. Very tight with the toilet paper. Replaced an empty roll with a half roll. Really? Good thing it wasn't Mexican night!

I will avoid in the future.
Desk clerk had seeping blisters all over his hands. Chair in room had several burn holes. Hallways were filled with leaves and debris.

Real value for the money.
I was in town to visit relatives. I found the motel location to be very convenient. My room was large and quiet, the bed comfortable, the shower hot and the staff very helpful. Also my room had a small refrigerator and microwave- home away from home. I found out that they also have certain rooms reserved for pets, so I will definitely go back. The only disappointment was that the towels were not larger and softer.

Not a good experience.
We were stuck with a corner room where when it rained it was like a sleuceway into the corner of our room. The carpet was getting soaked and the manager only brought us some towels and a fan!! They did not offer to give us another room. The carpet was soaked about 2 feet from the corner of the room along the heater/AC wall. The buffet breakfast was ok and the overall room amenities were ok.

Great stop over.
We were on the road and had car trouble and just needed a place to spend the night. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and hotel management was superb! I would stay again.

From the rain storm and trafficc to easy breathing
Needed quick overnight stay close to freeway, and this was good choice overall. Easy walking to several restaurants.

Great hotel for the money
The hotel was clean, easily accessible, and close to a lot of things in the area. Although older, it was neat and well kept. The room was very spacious. The tv was an older model and I had a few interruptions with the wireless internet, but otherwise absolutely no complaints. For the cost, it was a great stay and I would definitely go back. Nicole at the front desk was awesome, too!

Not that good
Are room was not clean, the shampoo was open and half used. The women at the check-in counter was trying to collect money from us even though we had showed her our receipt.

I paid for a second night cash in the AM. At 12:30 PM I received an emergency call and had to go home. I informed the Motel I had to leave due to an emergency and because it was after 11:00 AM the staff would not return my money for the room. The room had not been made up yet when I left, so there was no problem in returning my $83.00 cash that I paid in advance for the room. I will not stay at this motel again.

Family getaway to meet other family
This was an excellent location off of Hwy 20 and easy to get to other locations for shopping, eating and sightseeing. Had a good experience and the staff tried to make it better when the ice machine ran out of ice by providing some.

Nothing but LIES.....
We purchased a non-smoking room. However, as soon as we walked into the room, the smoke filled air hit our faces. The front desk insisted it was non-smoking & offered to spray something to take the smell out of it. We sat in the room for 30 mins before a gentleman finally came up to the room and sprayed something on the curtains and commented that this would make it a lot better. Just because it temporarily lifted the smell, it did not eliminate any carcinogenics within the room but we were not even offered another room. After about an hour, the smoke smell was back and none of us could sleep. My daughter got a nose bleed in the middle of the night from the smoke. We were stuck with this room because there was nothing available at this hotel or anywhere else close. If I could have found something else, I would have left. All of our bags and clothes smelled like smoke and I ended up throwing most of the stuff we took on this trip away. In addition, the tv was so old that we couldn't even take our minds off the smoke by watching it. It was blurry and the picture had yellow tint. The microwave was filthy so we couldn't even heat up any food. And, finally, the tub would not drain so the water was up above our ankles while we all bathed. If someone had cleaned the tub and run the tiniest bit of water, they would have surely seen that the water was not going down the drain. The only positive was that I never saw a coachroach....guess they don't like smoke either!

Horrible!
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! The customer service suck, the sheets had body fluids of various sorts on them which I ask them to change.The tub didn't drain properly so i was standing in water,while taking a shower.Lets see what else, the dresser was broke, the sink didn't work, the towels had hair on them, the room smell like vinegar.It was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had.I have been to hotels cheaper than this one and had way better service.I usually don't write reviews but I do not won't anybody else to go through that.The only good thing about this hotel is location, lot of restaurants and shopping centers.

I had a wonderful stay!
The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again. I found everything I needed and the rooms were really clean. The water in the bathroom was just hot enough that I could relax and enjoy myself.

Internet did not work. Had to use mobile hotspot. Was locked out of room and left cold. Door locking mechanism quit working!!! Gonna try the super 8 next door.
