Our apartment is located in the picturesque village of Villaviciosa, a few steps from the sea and the Port of Puntal.
This charming area offers a peaceful escape with its beautiful natural surroundings and easy access to the beach.
Enjoy pleasant walks, explore the picturesque streets of the city or venture into the nearby mountains to savour the stunning landscapes of Asturias.
Villaviciosa is known for its cider production, so be sure to visit the local cider houses and taste the famous drink of the region.

Our apartment is conveniently located just a few meters from the sea and the Port of Puntal, so it’s easy to explore the area on foot.
It is also located within a natural reserve, offering a unique setting surrounded by nature. Just 100 meters away, there is a marina where guests can enjoy sailing, kayaking, and boat tours.
The Tazones marina, a popular tourist attraction, is located just 5 km from the property.
We recommend you to come by car, you can visit beautiful nearby villages or visit Gijón (30 minutes by car).
The property has a maximum capacity for 3 people.
The living room is spacious and is attached to the kitchen, they are located in the same space without separation.

There is electric heating in the accommodation. Heating should not be set above 22°C, which we believe is the ideal temperature for your stay.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are NOT allowed. Non-compliance will have a penalty of 250 euros.
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will cost:

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
