Escape to our charming villa located in the picturesque Asturian countryside. Sleeping up to seven people, it has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, an additional toilet and a large terrace to enjoy the serene views. Part of a complex of seven villas, it is the perfect blend of privacy and community.
You don't need anything else to relax and enjoy the beautiful views.
Welcome to our cozy villa, one of seven thoughtfully designed homes within a larger rural estate in Asturias. This three-story adjoined villa offers:
Bedrooms:
-Main Bedroom: Two single beds (90 cm) placed together, located upstairs. Please note, this room has natural lighting without blackout curtains, allowing you to wake up with the sunrise.
-Second Bedroom: Three separate single beds (90 cm), situated in the attic space upstairs. Mind the sloped ceiling.
Living Room:
A comfortable sofa bed (135 cm) located downstairs, providing additional sleeping space.
Bathrooms:
One full bathroom, equipped with essentials like gel, shampoo, towels, and a hairdryer.
An additional toilet for convenience.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine ( some capsules provided), refrigerator with freezer, microwave, vitroceramic hob, oven, toaster, blender, and all necessary utensils.
Dining Area:
A table with seating for four guests.
Terrace:
A private terrace at the entrance, furnished exclusively for this villa, perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing outdoors.
Please note, the villa is not wheelchair accessible and requires navigating stairs to access different areas.
As a guest you will have access to:
-Heating: Electric radiators throughout the villa.
-100L water heater. While ample, consecutive long showers may deplete hot water temporarily.
Shared Outdoor Amenities:
Camping tables and hammocks are available for communal use among all villas.
Private parking is available on the premises (2 cars max).
Upon request, we can provide a baby crib and high chair.
Note that being in a rural setting, occasional encounters with local insects are possible despite thorough cleaning.

Nearby, don’t miss hidden gems like the Mirador del Fitu, the coastal village of Tazones, or the serene Monastery of Valdediós. You’ll also find local spots to enjoy true Asturian flavors, like fabada, fresh seafood, and even Italian cuisine in the heart of nature.
This is the perfect place to unwind, explore, and eat well, just as the locals do.
The property is located just 15–20 minutes from Gijón and 10 minutes from Villaviciosa, where you'll find supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. A car is essential to move around comfortably and visit the best beaches and viewpoints in the area.
You’ll be well-connected to local sights while enjoying the tranquility of the countryside. Access to the A-8 highway makes day trips to cities like Oviedo or Llanes easy and convenient.
Free outdoor parking is available on-site.
Please note that the accommodation is not wheelchair accessible, and stairs are required to reach all rooms.
The property is heated with electric radiators. In winter, indoor temperature is maintained at around 21ºC, with extra blankets available for your comfort.
This is an adjoined villa within a rural complex. While each unit is private, you may hear sounds from neighboring guests. We kindly ask you to respect their rest, as they will respect yours.
The table at the entrance is for your exclusive use.
Camping tables and hammocks in the outdoor area are shared among all villas.
The water heater has a 100L capacity. It’s large enough for several showers, but keep in mind that long, back-to-back showers may temporarily exhaust it.
There are no on-site trash bins. The nearest waste container is 600 meters away.
One of the bedrooms does not have blackout curtains. You’ll get to wake up naturally with the morning light.
Being in a natural environment, the accommodation is always thoroughly cleaned, but you may occasionally encounter a curious little insect or two.
The upper bedroom has a sloped ceiling, please mind your head!
If you’re traveling with a baby, let us know in advance so we can prepare a crib and highchair for your stay.
Due to natural humidity, linens may sometimes feel cooler or slightly damp, this is normal in mountain settings.
A car is essential for shopping or getting around comfortably.

Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.
The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay
It is PROHIBITED for pets to relieve themselves freely on the premises. This will be penalized with a monetary fine.
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover
In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
Walking through the residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
