For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan.

Outside:
- A beautiful 299 m² enclosed garden and a 15 m² south-east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Villeneuve-lès-Béziers, in a very peaceful setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
