Our apartment is ideal for those seeking tranquility or wishing to explore the outdoors with sports activities. The kitchen is equipped with two hobs and an oven, perfect for simple cooking.



Location & Surroundings

The apartment is in Villingen, a charming town with a historic old center—perfect for strolling, enjoying, and discovering. Its central location allows you to explore in all directions: the first Black Forest ski lifts are just 15 minutes away. Highlights like Feldberg, Lake Constance, Europa-Park, Strasbourg, or the Rhine Falls are about an hour’s drive. Right outside, hiking and cycling trails, forests, meadows, traditional Black Forest farms, and peaceful nature await you.



Apartment Features

The comfortable attic apartment offers about 60 m², two bedrooms each with a 140 cm bed, a living area with a sofa, large panoramic windows under the flat roof with views of greenery, and air conditioning in every room. The kitchenette includes two hobs, an oven, fridge, and basic utensils. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.



Breakfast & Services

Breakfast can be booked on request. You may use the front and back garden areas by arrangement, including a barbecue. Shuttle service to or from Villingen station is available on request for an additional fee.
