“Excellent location near 2 metro lines crossing metro station Arts et Métiers to get around Paris and stores to get food and drinks. Relatively safe area. With air conditioning. Appears clean. The Arts et Métiers museum is nearby. Beware of the narrow stairs and low ceiling above the bed. You can get injured if you are not careful. Be careful. If not this element, I would have given 5 stars. Fabrice, the administrator, was responsive when we arrived at the airport to notify him by what’s app....

“Small but efficient place with all essentials covered. The location is central to metro and near the Arts-et-Métiers zone. Quiet for sleeping and comfortable bed. Recommended!”

“We loved this experience!Thank you Mathieu for your help including suggesting a driver from the airport!Our accommodation was perfect for us.The apartment is situated in an area that is walkable to many cafes,museums and Notre Dame. My personal favourite was going 600 steps to the Boulangerie each morning for croissants.Comfortable bed ,quiet nights and grateful for laundry facilities as we had been away for 2 weeks.The view out the window of the roof tops was amazing. ”
