Linen is not included with this property. Guests are welcome to bring their own, or a linen hire package can be arranged before arrival.

Bonus: Free linen is included for all January bookings.
Security Bond:
A security bond of 1000 may be required depending on your method of booking.
You will be advised at the time of booking if a bond is required.

Arrivals and Departures:
On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm during off peak periods.During Peak and the Christmas period Check in is from 4pm , when the property may be available for an earlier check in we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival.

Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found.

50 Bbq cleaning fee will be applied if the Bbq is left unclean after use.

Please keep noise to a respectful level at all times

No Fireworks, firearms, or any explosives will be tolerated
No Motorbike riding on the property
No Driving or parking on lawns or garden areas

External security Cameras are fitted for exterior security in driveway.

Please note: Failure to follow these rules can result in early termination of your stay without a refund, and your security bond will be forfeited.
