“The Terrence restaurant was excellent. Staff generally very friendly, except for the breakfast restaurant. They seemed annoyed when we asked for poached eggs, there were no cups left for tea or coffee. Again, they said 'aren't there any at your table". Impatient when we asked for help. We had the Balmoral suite, the view was incredible. It was a superior room and the bath was very deep and luxurious. The grounds were very relaxing. ”

“Overall, the new extension building housing the 4th floor rooms is a good place for business travel. The staffs are super helpful and friendly. Close to city, CBD area and main arterial roads. The rooms are tidy and since it is rather new comparing to the old wing, not much of smell or dampness, apart from some left over aroma from room service delivery in the elevator and hallway. “A wonderful two night stay at this clean and perfectly located property. Communication and support from the staff was amazing and they could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. The room was huge and easy to access with a great bathroom and a very comfy king bed. The property is close to city but set back off the street. Plenty of very close restaurant, including Buddha Thai and Pickled Evenings where we dined. Rate them both highly. Easy to navigate the sights of Launnie from this...
