“The sea views are spectacular, from the room and from the common areas. Service is impeccable. The restaurant is one of the best in SA. This is a unique experience not to be missed. Best for one or two nights, not more.”
“Even though we only stayed for two nights, it was really worth it. Ray and Sanchia were super helpful with anything we asked for or requested, the view is even more awe inspiring when you see it compared to the photos. The room is very spacious with all the usual amenities, as well as a few snacks and drinks and house keeping every day; if you need it. Lots of things to do around and nice places to eat. Don't be scared of the steps, they are definitely doable ;) ”
“Great hotel. Room was lovely - I had a corner suite with beautiful balcony and 180 view of Hout Bay. I think I got an upgrade. Love the staff, excellent location close to everything. Really cannot say enough about this hotel. Oh and Hout Bay area is amazing.”

“We had double room with stunning view of Hout bay. Large room and quality bath room. With our room came garaged parking. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Downside: the area close to property feels quite unsafe and I wouldn't walk with my wife and daughter there. Access to a car a necessity in my opinion.

The room was super clean, spacious and very comfortable with a wonderful sea view. The hotel is within walking distance of a good restaurant and grocery and wine stores are near by. Could not have asked for more.”
“Allen and the other staff were great! It is a 1880 Mansion with 8 guest rooms and impeccably restored/maintained filled with antiques, just very relaxing. I would highly recommend for its charm, location and staff. Satori Restaurant 5-10min walk down street is Amazing food and service (ask for Shantell). Highly recommend!”
