“They offer breakfast that was supposed to be included but not. The breakfast was very poor pancakes old, as well as bagels. Kids was supposed to eat free but the charge for my son. Expensive breakfast very poor quality. The receptionist doesn’t know about activities around the hotel. 0 customer service. Never cone bank.”

“Our first surprise was the $75 PER NIGHT pet cleaning fee. This might have been understandable if they had cleaned our room at all during our stay. We didn't see a soul the entire time. We were all alone in the hotel and surrounding restaurant. Good thing we didn't need clean towels. No services whatsoever. They gave us a key and told us to lock up when we left. Kind of like The Shining. But with waves. ”
