Its aesthetic exudes a true southern and Mediterranean character, and its luxury is expressed—without glossy finishes—through the craftsmanship and use of fine materials.

The ILLYRIA Summer Residence is located in the beautiful Vinodol Valley, surrounded by lush, tranquil nature in the small town of Bribir. Running parallel to the Adriatic coast, the valley stretches from Bakar Bay in the northwest to the town of Novi Vinodolski in the southeast, which lies on the Adriatic coast. The valley itself is just a few kilometers from the coast and lies approximately 200 meters above sea level. Thanks to its location, the residence escapes the crowds and hustle and bustle of many Croatian coastal and vacation destinations, proving to be an ideal retreat for a vacation that stimulates the mind, soul, and body, promotes relaxation, and allows you to recharge. Nevertheless, thanks to its unique location, the residence takes full advantage of the region’s infrastructure—a variety of cultural offerings, beautiful beaches, numerous cafés and restaurants, plenty of excursion options, and access to local and long-distance transportation—allowing you to experience and discover Croatia’s nature, culture, history, countryside, and people. As soon as you enter the residence, you are surrounded by the sounds of nature—the chirping of birds fills the air, the leaves rustle in the wind, and the scent of trees, meadows, and the sea permeates the air. You immediately feel a sense of inner peace and relaxation wash over you.

The country estate was built in the mid-19th century and is located north of the village center of Bribir. The layout of the estate is characteristic of the architectural style of a Croatian estate from the 18th and 19th centuries. An elongated main building, an outbuilding, and a wall enclose the typical inner courtyard. This courtyard features a lush vine arbor that provides deep shade during the summer. Period-appropriate arched architecture adorns the courtyard along the facade of the main building. Outside this enclave were fruit and vegetable gardens, vineyards, and meadows used to grow the food needed to sustain the farming family. The large main building housed living quarters for the extended family on the upper floor. The rooms below these living quarters served as stables for the animals and as pantries and storage areas
