“We stayed here recently and while the room itself was beautiful and set in a stunning area, unfortunately our experience was let down by a few issues. There were constant insects throughout our stay, including a large number of ants crawling in the room and even in the bed, which made it very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep at night. Our only disappointment was that the amazing hospitality stops at check out time, no ability to organise a late check out and when we wanted to ride their complementary bikes after check out for the afternoon we were told there would be a $100 charge (they did give us one hour for free though) For the price of this accommodation those little extra value adds would have made the...

“Shower leaked, air conditioner on a timer and turns itself off, first checkin text no access code given therefore I had to contact property, dirty coffee cup, left over food from previous guest, half a roll of toilet paper with no replacement. Two nights of accommodation with only one bath towel per stay. No housekeeping during the duration of our stay.”

“Rooms are a bit tired looking but extremely comfortable and clean. We skipped breakfast but enjoyed the delicious $95pp 3 course evening meal. The hotel grounds are lovely. There's also a great Irish bar, Harrigans about 1km down the street. I can't wait to return.”
