    Hemos ofrecido un ambiente confortable y hermoso y pensamos en cada detalle para nuestros huéspedes.

    Totalmente amueblado y bien equipado con muebles de estilo contemporáneo, nuestro condominio dúplex puede alojar cómodamente a 8 personas. La casa está situada a menos de una cuadra de la playa y con acceso directo desde el patio está a solo unos minutos de distancia.

    Internet Wi-Fi, 2 espacios de estacionamiento designados se encuentran en la parte delantera de la casa. Por favor, no RV, barcos o remolques.

    Ingrese a esta espectacular casa de playa mientras es recibido dentro de un pequeño vestíbulo que conduce a una habitación bellamente amueblada con una cama queen y baño privado completo. Cerca hay un armario de servicio con lavadora y secadora grandes.

    El segundo nivel tiene una sala de estar con comedor, una cocina totalmente equipada con área de bar está equipada con todo lo que necesita para preparar comidas para usted y su familia. Justo al lado de la sala de estar hay una terraza donde se puede disfrutar de una buena comida sentada a la parrilla. También en este nivel hay un medio baño con una habitación familiar amueblada con un sofá cama queen size, TV de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas y reproductor de DVD Blue Ray.

    En el tercer nivel del pasillo hay un baño completo con bañera y otra ducha de pie. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama King, TV de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas y un sofá cama extra grande y un armario con vestidor. El otro dormitorio incluye una litera piramidal (completa en la parte inferior y doble en la parte superior).
    Ambas habitaciones tienen puertas correderas que se abren a la cubierta del tercer piso, donde puedes disfrutar de las puestas de sol y la brisa del mar.

    El garaje adjunto, con acceso a la ducha exterior y la pasarela aislada a la playa, tiene sillas y sombrillas disponibles para su uso y es un excelente lugar para almacenar su equipo adicional de playa.

So many memories

The house and location are great! There were days we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. The house was really clean and the owners are so sweet. We made so many great memories!

Communication from the start was excellent and we were lucky enough to meet Olga and Len upon arrival! Beach access was great and the beach was way less crowded than down toward heart of VA beach but enough people around you still felt safe. The beach house was exactly how described and very nice! Would definitely recommend this house! No issues at all during our stay!. The wagon was so helpful for hauling items to the beach and is included with the items provided. We didn't have to bring ours. How's the stocked with any and all items that you would need. We also we're very appreciative of the option to rent sheets and towels, made things so much easier!

2023 Va Beach

We had a great time. Great location, plenty of space for our group. Grill and kitchen were great to grill n chill. Beach very close by, lots of gear, including a beach cart in the garage. We really enjoyed our stay. Olga was very responsive before and during our stay.

Very uptodate appliances and furniture. short walk to the beach. beds were very comfortable and the garage was great for bikes and water stuff. Had a really nice time. Just a little tough getting out on the road from the parking area but overall a really nice stay.

Great Stay!

Everything was just as described. The location is perfect. With young kids we really appreciated the beach wagon, chairs, toys, etc. the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Planning to come again next year!

The property is very well maintained and updated with modern finishes. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking pots and pans as well as dishes. Great outdoor space available for playing, cooking and eating.

Beautiful property, great amenities, amazing owner

This property was more beautiful that I had imagined. Was perfect for our big family, and the closeness to the beach was amazing. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful, even at random tomes throughout the day with questions we had. The house was pristine and quiet, we had such a great time. Highly recommend, will definitely be coming back

Awesome Stay

The hosts thought of everything in this house. The house was very clean and everything has been updated. Great space for sharing time with family. Safe and easy access to the beach. The beach was quiet and peaceful and wasn’t busy (the first week of June). The hosts were very accessible and responsive when we had questions. Would highly recommend staying here.

Our first impression was that the house was clean, organized, and thoughtfully put together. For example, there were abundant dishes, silverware, cleaning products, cookware, and spices handy. The WiFi was no problem as well. Additionally, we appreciated the beach chairs (many!) and boogie boards so that we didn’t have to pack those bulky items.

Great family vacation!

We loved the spacious house! Kitchen is well stocked and organized for cooking. We bought our own beach equipment but really did not need to. A beach wagon was there to use. Olga answered questions quickly. Tropical Storm Debby diminished the time we spent on the beach so we really enjoyed spending time in the house.

Very Nice and Welcoming Home!

This is a beautifully remodeled residence and included a welcome gift that set a lovely tone for the entire week. The walk to the beach was easy, and I highly recommend heading north for restaurants and fish markets. Some hooks or a clothesline on the balconies would have made it easier to dry towels and bathing suits. Additionally, the children's room wasn't comfortable for an adult, but fine for kids. Olga was very easy to deal with and responded quickly when needed.

Quick walk to beach

The house was nice and had everything we needed to cook and for the beach. It was a short easy walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. There were also a few restaurants within walking distance even though you are a little off of the boardwalk. We had a great week and enjoyed the space. Only minor complaints were the first floor bathroom was a little tight to open the doors and water pressure was low.
