    The Space:

    Experience waterfront luxury at this stunning Virginia Beach retreat! With breathtaking views of Back Bay, this spacious home offers a fully furnished, carefree coastal escape. Professionally decorated with all-new furnishings, the property features two expansive decks—one screened—that provide breezy outdoor living and spectacular sunset vistas over the water. A gas grill invites backyard barbecues, while the lush lawn area stands out as the home's crowning jewel. The sparkling in-ground pool, which can be heated during the season, is complemented by a sprawling patio ideal for entertaining. Enjoy multiple seating areas, an outdoor dining table, a built-in spa (not a hot tub), and a firepit. For added fun, cornhole is available for everyone to enjoy. Nearby attractions include Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, Little Island Park and Fishing Pier, the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, the Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Museum, and Ocean Breeze Water Park. Bring your fishing gear for a relaxing day at the dock or explore the waters at your leisure with your own kayak, canoe, or SUP. Don’t forget the provided beach gear, including eight beach towels and chairs, a beach wagon, and a beach cart for your sandy adventures. With the beach just a short stroll away, fun in the sun is guaranteed! Inside, strong natural lighting and an open-concept floor plan create a welcoming space for group gatherings. A river rock fireplace anchors the family room, and plush sofas provide a comfy spot to unwind. The spacious full kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, along with all the cookware and utensils you need for easy meal planning. A large smart TV is featured in the living area, and each bedroom includes its own TV for added convenience. Everyday essentials include central air conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor fireplace is not operational. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.

Perfect house and location!

This house is amazing! Two king rooms, heated spa at the pool, fire pit, seating everywhere with large TVs in every bedroom and living room. We had the best vacation the seven of us ever had!

Our stay was personal and emotional, surrounded by so many great book choices around the house and days spent reading and enjoying time with family. We loved the wine and sunsets with a cheese board, and there were so many amazing restaurants to choose from, especially for seafood lovers. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was spotless. The only issue we had was some difficulty communicating with Vacasa; it took almost a full day to get propane. Overall though, it was a wonderful and relaxing experience.

Nice place on the water.

The place was nice. Very quiet and decently clean. The deck needs some updating and there were wasp nest everywhere outside.

This felt like staying in a friend’s home. Did not feel like a rental at all! Clean, comfortable, very nicely decorated(not cheesy beach like most). Beautiful quiet cul-de-sac.

Cozy, quiet home

This was an awesome cozy, quiet and convenient home. Stocked with everything you need. Location on a culdesac and Bay front! Lots of outdoor space. Was a great stay and communication with property management was easy.

Quiet, relaxing getaway

This was our first VRBO and it worked out great. The place was exactly a pictured and described. Spent lots of time in the pool during the day and spa at night. The little drive to grocery stores etc. was well worth having the privacy and quiet to just relax. Would come back again. Family of 4 with two teens.

Beautiful house on a bay inlet

This house is beautiful, great view, well-equipped, nice decor. It looks like the pictures and had all the amenities shown. Short walk/drive to the beach, 15-20 minute drive into Virginia Beach. We watched ducks every day, saw some herons, and even a raccoon across the inlet. Very comfortable master bed, good shower pressure/temperature, and strong WiFi. Vacasa is the local management company, they are responsive. The only glitch is that Vacasa sends automated texts that the house is available for early check in before the local team has finished cleaning and doing quality control. We were able to get in the house, but it was awkward having Vacasa people there after Vacasa said we could check in.

This home has it all and then some

This property exceeded any and all expectations. It was immaculate and spacious with tons of amenities and a spectacular view. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen had everything. There were decks and seating everywhere and a gorgeous pool. The home is located on a quiet culdesac in a great neighborhood within walking distance of the beach. There is a limited supply of paper products and soap so bring extra but you won’t need anything else. There are TV’s in every room. The master bath had a great shower and a jacuzzi tub. The water pressure is phenomenal and we never ran out of hot water. I can’t recommend this home enough. Lots of great restaurants and Virginia Beach was beautiful. We had great weather and an amazing vacation. Vacasa was very responsive to our questions. We LOVED this home!

Beautiful home, lovely location but frustrating property management

First let me start with the positive, the house was beautiful. The beds were comfortable, the open layout was so nice and the house was nicely stocked and decorated. We would absolutely stay at this house again. The only downside to the house is that it’s not super kid friendly. Lots of stairs, no cribs/pack n plays or high chairs, but we knew that in advance so we packed for that. However I have to say, the stay was slightly detracted from the lack of communication from the property management “vacasa.” Multiple times we tried to reach out to property management and got either no response at all, or nothing until hours later. For example, the heat kept kicking on in the property making it too hot and stuffy inside. We had tried to turn it off but were unsuccessful. We tried to reach out to property management two separate occasions about it and never heard back. The rooms ended up being over 75 degrees and stuffy at night and we are leaving with our kids all sick from it. And that is just one example. We have stayed in many rentals and I have to say the property management of this one was one of the worst as far as communication. Overall still a beautiful place and well maintained, had the management been better about communicating I would’ve given the property 5/5 stars.
