The living room boasts a new sectional sofa with plenty of room for evening relaxation, along with a 52-inch HD cable TV, a DVD/Blu-ray player, and a stereo with semi-surround sound. Step out onto the private balcony to take in the spectacular sunset views while enjoying the new lounge furniture. The upstairs primary suite features a four-poster bed, sliding glass doors that open to its own private balcony, a 32-inch HD cable TV with a DVD player, and a luxurious private bathroom complete with an all-granite walk-in shower and a separate jetted tub. The additional bedrooms are equipped with TVs and either private bathrooms or convenient access to a hall bathroom. The Sanctuary offers excellent on-site amenities, including three outdoor pools, Viking grills, and two fitness centers. Adjacent to the complex is the 400-foot fishing pier at Little Island Park, which features a children’s playground, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts, as well as ample public parking for unexpected visitors. Just down the road, explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, offering beach access and abundant hiking trails.
