We had a very enjoyable stay. The house is situated between two bodies of water, the bay and an inlet, so there were wonderful views on both sides. The deck was equipped with comfortable furniture and a table for eating outside. The kitchen was well stocked. The main bedroom space was taken up by the queen-sized bed, so we kept our suitcases in the living room which worked out well. Our only complaint was about the condition of the gas grill. It was old and crusty and did not work well at all. As there are only a handful of restaurants and no grocery stores nearby, we brought foods to grill, which was very challenging. The walk to the beach was 13 minutes (We are in our 60’s). Overall we had a very relaxing stay. It was very quiet and peaceful.

We really enjoyed our stay. All other comments were accurate. It is a tiny space so as long as you know that ahead of time you won’t be surprised. It was clean and I appreciated the whimsical, artistic decor. The master bed was very comfortable. The loft was perfect for children. There were spiders and webs mostly on the exterior. I didn’t mind them, but my daughter found them unsettling. The view was amazing. It was a very enjoyable weekend getaway for our family to go to the NAS Oceana airshow.

Overall we had a wonderful time but were a bit surprised when we seen it was in an RV park. There were spiders everywhere and the majority of the outside lights did not work. The view of the bay from the deck was amazing and I enjoyed being outside on the deck in the morning and evenings.

Everything was very smooth and easy! The kitchen was fully stocked to cook any and all meals for the stay. We never had issues with the WiFi and the tv’s were a big plus!

Family Vacation

We love our yearly trip to Sandbridge and the outdoor RV resort. This location is ideal because you have on unobstructed view of the back bay from the deck as well as a view of the water in the canal. My son loves to fish and he caught a catfish, bass, sun fish and crappie during our stay. This being one of the largest homes we have stayed in made it feel more comfortable and roomier than most. The only room that felt a little tight was the main bedroom. A few suggestions for improvement would be to clean the deck and furniture of cobwebs before guests arrive and making sure to send check in information a few days before arrival. One thing we are glad we brought was a device to stream shows ie Amazon fire stick. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and cleaning supplies. Check out was a breeze. We enjoyed our stay!

The property manager was great to deal with. Very friendly and helpful! Beautiful property right on the water. Enjoyed sitting on the porch feeling the breeze! Only drawback is the shower. The ceiling is low so if you are tall beware! Will stay again!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandbridge beach. The location is great, the view is beautiful. My grandchildren absolutely loved the beach. The tiny home is wonderful and we were very comfortable. Be advised, there are no towels at all, I had to go buy towels for showers and beach. Very strange for a VRBO rental. There are no chairs for the beach which would have been really great. It is a bit out of the way as far as restaurants and shopping so grab things before leaving Virginia Beach area. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.

Graduation

We came from PA to VA for our grand daughter’s high school graduation. We were perfectly situated by the water for sunsets! The deck was fabulous for visiting family and for relaxation. The water feature and garden were amazing! The accommodations were perfect for the two of us and very clean. I loved the artwork and decor!!

Great spot, good value

We would definitely pay to stay here again. The house is very cute, ideal size, there's great outdoor space, and the location is beautiful. My only two complaints: 1) cleanliness wasnt great - the house was tidy, but not particularly clean. The window sills are all caked in dirt and many have collections of dead bugs, and we had to vaccuum up lots of hair and dirt when we arrived. 2) we didnt get check in details until after our scheduled arrival time. Had we arrived on time, we'd have been stuck outside for close to an hour. My two major recommendations are to find a better cleaning service and to make sure check in details are sent at least a few hours before check in. Barring that, it's an awesome spot, and very much worth the price.

Quiet, peaceful, beautiful stay in Sandbridge

We had a great stay at the home. Home is clean, cozy, and equipped as described. The proximity to the bay was amazing and the view from the porch was peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach as well.

I wasn’t hesitant to book here because of lack of reviews, but I am so glad we did! The tiny home was AMAZING! My family of 4 said this was one of the top VRBOs we’ve stayed at. My kids are 7 and 10 and loved the loft area. The queen bed was very comfortable. Overall the house was beautiful and completely stocked. The location is directly on the bay with a beautiful covered deck and comfortable furniture. Great location and Gerardo was awesome to work with! We will definitely be back!

It was beautifully decorated and we loved the view. It wasn’t difficult to find and we really enjoyed our stay. Some areas of the house might be slightly small for a heavier/larger person, but it was overall a great place!
