It is a lovely home and the location was wonderful. We stayed June 7-14, 2025Concerns:Hidden camera downstairs entranceOld cheap broken chair broke on a 77 yr. old with recent knee replacement-pool area was roughNo ADA rail for poolAt 11 pm on the night before we left, we had a smoke detector alarm set off in the entire home and maintenance had to be called. It was horrible. We had to leave at 6 a.m. and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. Maintenance left at midnight. All homes that cost this much should have coordinated replacement times. Complaint to management co. unanswered a week later.Cleaning staff came at 8:45 a.m. with a 10 checkoutSandbridge Life Realty said it is their property and not VRBO and if we booked through them we would have saved over 1000. This was irritating and in poor taste. So who do we complaint to about losing a night's sleep with a toddler screaming because of the noise and our friend who fell and the photo was after a week of healing?
