I was disappointed with my stay. I had specifically booked a room with double balconies, but did not receive it. To get a balcony at all, I was told I’d have to downgrade my room, which was frustrating. There was also no soap provided in the bathroom.
On a positive note, the kitchen in the room was a plus, and the location right on the oceanfront was great. However, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The elevator broke down during our stay, so we had to use the stairs to reach our room. Breakfast was terrible, and both check-in and check-out were disorganized and inconvenient.
Parking was across the street from the hotel, which wasn’t ideal, but the parking attendant, Robert, was outstanding very helpful and professional. He was one of the few highlights of the trip.
Overall, for the price we paid for three nights, it simply wasn’t worth it. I won’t be returning.
