  • Welcome to our freshly renovated beach vacation rental! We are located right outside of the Virginia Beach Vibe district, a few blocks from the ocean! Fresh, clean and cozy home, perfect for your stay here in Virginia Beach. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood location, but still close enough to enjoy all that the oceanfront has to offer. A short walk or drive to the beach, great shops, the new Atlantic surf park /Dome and restaurants! This private home offers 2 Bedrooms (1 King/1 Queen), full kitchen, living room, dining area and bathroom. Let us know if you have any questions we can assist with.

Very cute cottage feel. Great location, very walkable to restaurants and the beach. The host was easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again!

This well maintained property was about a 10 minute easy walk to the beach in a nice family friendly, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed how close it was to shops and entertainment and the VIBE district was fun to explore with all the beautiful building murals. We barely used our vehicle during the week. The ffx theater was within walking distance as well and offered unique themed events and the food there was amazing. The host responded quickly to questions and assisted us with dinner suggestions. We will definitely stay here for our future VA beach trips.

Fantastic place

Perfect for our needs

This property was just perfect for our needs. Clean, comfortable beds, and extremely quiet which was unexpected. We definitely would consider returning and sharing that this was a great stay!

Perfect for the weekend

This place had some of the most comfortable beds we have ever had at rental. The décor was lovely and made the place feel welcoming. The updates that have been made were very nice. One of the cleanest rentals we have stayed at. Communication and check-in was great and super simple.

Point Break Music Festival

We arrived earlier than planned and Arica was very responsive and understanding. She allowed us an early check-in so we could start our vacation sooner without having to lug our suitcases around with us. Everything was within a 15 minute walk or less. The home is cozy and has everything you need to be comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Kitchen was full on appliances, bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Parking was sufficient. Great overall experience

Peace of Mind

The whole process was outstanding. I love how the host Arica, was attentive when I reached out. Responded to me quickly without a doubt. The home was just like the pictures and definitely gave off a beachy feel. Will definitely stay here again!

Family Trip

It was a beautiful home. My family enjoyed the space although the heat was sometimes unbearable some days we drove to the beach instead of walked. Would stay here again. I will say be careful using a hair dryer bc we did lose power for a bit
