  • Beautifully furnished, beach-themed 600 sq ft condo. I’m not an agent and take great pride to have you stay at my home away from home when I’m not using it! Sleeps 6. Bedrooms sleep 4 (1 queen, 2 twins) and a comfortable sleeper sofa adds room for 2 more. Perfect for a family with children. Free parking in front of the unit for one car, Additional parking at nearbygarage at your expense. Fully equipped kitchen incl microwave, cable TVs in all rooms with DVD player in living room, sand toys and a beach cart for use during your stay. Free secure high speed Wi-fi. The ocean, the Boardwalk, amusements, shopping, playgrounds and popular restaurants/bars are all within easy walking distance. Cross Atlantic Ave and the ocean awaits you! Be right in the center of the action, 8 blocks to main concert stage on 1st St which means it can get a little noisy even at nighttime when people are out and about. You are on the top floor of the 2-level condo with 3 adjacent units so you may hear noise from neighbors and I ask you be respectful of your sounds. Very close to the Vibe District, Ocean Breeze Water Park, the Aquarium, the new athletic field house and Convention Center. We are also a few miles away from our US Navy’s Norfolk Air Station so you will be able to see and hear many of our Navy pilots fly jets over the ocean! Excellent reviews represent my commitment to do all I can to make your stay enjoyable and memorable.

We were very pleased with the condo. It is very conveniently located, with plenty of restaurants around. It is only a block away from the beach, which made it really easy to go back-and-forth as needed. The condo is very well equipped, and we would not hesitate to go back the next time we go to Virginia Beach.

Great location and easy access to the boardwalk. Beds were very comfortable and awesome air conditioning which is critical during Va Beach summers! The entire condo was very clean and not too cluttered which maximizes the space. We would absolutely come back here for another visit..

What an amazing stay we had. The condo was in the perfect location for a short walk to the beach. There was tons of food and shopping also walking distance so we didn’t drive after we got there. The condo was very clean and had the best “vacation vibes”! The host was also amazing with communication and any assistance we needed. I would highly recommend staying here. All around a 10/10 and we had the best time!

Great get away

We were in town for a softball tournament and decided to make it a vacation. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Super close to the beach, lots of amenities and the host was amazing to accommodate to our needs.

The Host was amazing ! The 2 bedroom condo was a perfect location. Only 1 block to beach . Had an amazing vaction to visit old navy friends . Brought my daughter she had a blast as well. Great location and will definately use host again in booking our now 2 year tradition to Virginia Beach and other places

Vacation stay

After a previous rental cancelled on us I was so grateful Mary Ann's property was available on such short notice. Its in a great location and Mary Ann was very responsive to any question. We'll definitely keep this place in mind the next time we're in VA beach.

Lovely stay in a great location!

Mary Ann was super communicative and made the check in process a breeze! The place was exactly as described and was in a wonderful location just a block from the beach and walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Would definitely recommend!

I couldn't ask for a better location for a weekend at the beach. The unit was clean and the check in & out instructions were simple. The beach cart provided came in handy, and the provided kitchen items took some of the hassle out of meal planning. The host was easy to contact, and had everything ready for us. Wonderful experience.

Steps from the beach

This cute condo was a great place to stay during our trip to Virginia Beach. It’s in the heart of the action just a block from the strip and boardwalk. We were able to be at the beach in less than 5 minutes. The amenities were great and Mary Ann was very responsive during our stay. Having a dedicated parking spot outside the door was amazing because there were a lot of people heading to the beach for 4th of July. We would definitely recommend this property for others wanting to stay close to the beach. It was fantastic!

Beach fun!

Great apartment and very well equipped/decorated. Mary-Ann was an exceptional host and went beyond the call to make our vacation fantastic and memorable. She has a wealth of knowledge or the area. Five minute walk to beach. Note that Virginia Beach is home to Oceana Navy Airbase. Home of an F-18 fighter squadron so a bit noisy at times

VA Beach Weekend

The property had a kitchen which was well stocked with all the items you would need. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets, pillows, and spreads were a good quality. The shower had a nice supply of towels and the shower itself had lots of water pressure. Also, the location was fantastic!! You were able to walk to many shops, bars, and restaurants. Mary Ann was very kind and allowed us to check in early. She answered all my questions and was very helpful. We definitely said we would stay here again when we come to VA Beach. Thanks for a great weekend!

Convenient, clean, fully equipped, excellent location, highly recommended!

We had an amazing unforgettable vacation at Mary Ann’s Gaskin Harbor (Condo) A private, second floor condo across the street from the beach and all attractions, what more can you ask for!? I almost want to keep it a secret for myself! Mary Ann’s communication, ease of access, double parking, accommodated a family of 6 to perfection. High Speed Internet, strong water pressure, functioning A/C, entertainment, kitchenware, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and even sand toys were all available for us. The location is exactly where you want to be in Virginia beach. Extremely close to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops. We felt safe and slept like rocks. We are definitely planning to be back in the future! Thanks Mary Ann! See you soon Gaskin Harbor!

Nice little space

The host was excellent, she was very communicative about everything. She tried to make sure she has the little things that people don’t think to bring on vacay (huge appreciation)! The space is cute and small, clean and literally in the perfect location. The only complaint I have is that this is a top floor Apt meaning there’s other tenants below, of which complained bc my two year old was running. Unfortunately I booked on a rainy weekend so we spent a little more time in the apt than we wanted and didn’t want to have to hold my two year olds hand with every move in hopes he doesn’t upset the people below. However, Mary Ann was very pleasant when responding to the complaint. Other than that, everything was very pleasant!

Wonderful Beach Side Condo!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming beachside condo, and it exceeded all our expectations! Being so close to the beach, it is a fun place to enjoy the sand and the ocean! From the moment we stepped inside, we noticed how pristine and well-maintained everything was. Kudos to the cleaning crew! It felt like a home away from home. The condo is very comfortable and we enjoyed our relaxing time there. Ah, the kitchen! It is very well stocked and makes it easy to prepare and enjoy nice meals! Our thoughtful host provided beach chairs, a wagon, and other beach supplies. We peeked at them longingly, wishing for warmer days. Next time, we’ll make full use of these amenities! And…. we forgot our grandson's jacket there and Mary Ann offered to mail it for free! She ended up delivering it to our grandson's home in Virginia Beach! Thank you! In summary, this beachside condo is a gem. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, adventure, or a mix of both, it’s the perfect base. We left with sandy toes, happy memories, and a promise to return.

Great location

Some items could be more confortable. Matresses have seen better Days. Living Room fourniture is actually mainly patio fourniture so a little Stiff to relax. If you use the 2nd parking spot in garage across the street, avoid 1st Floor...you will get towed!

Wonderful condo for the 4th of July

We checked in and the condo was ready earlier then expected. It was very clean and the location was great! Very quiet too. Walking distance to great restaurants. The coffee maker broke while we were there and I alerted Mary Ann who had one sent to the condo the next day! We really enjoyed our stay and would book here in the future. It had everything we needed so we just had to pack clothes and food. It was stress free.
