It was the perfect small home for us and our close friends to have as home base for our New River Gorge adventures. “This property is owned by a larger management company. So had more hoops to go through after the reservation done here. Fill out an application AND send picture of ID. A few days prior to check in, got a text of the house manual. It was a ton of rules of things NOT to do and specific instructions about the hot tub. Except for one thing. “This property met our 3 C's - clean, comfortable and convenient. We stayed here for a few days while visiting family in the area so we were only at the rental through breakfast and an hour or two in the evening before going to bed.
