“guarded property met my expectations with the provided photos. nice pools, i reached out to the expedia whatsapp number a few days prior to check in.They stated just go to reception and show my id. i was under the impression check in desk would be aware of my Expedia reservation. That's not the case since these are agent owned. i had the correct property, but since there are 5 different towers i wasn't sure if i was in the right tower. receptionist couldn't help. thankfully i was able to reach...

We tried calling the host multiple times but nobody answered the calls. Finally, the head of the security stepped in and decided to let me in since I have the confirmation email. ”
