“The room is super clean but in the swimingpool the smell is not too good. Plus some customers used their underwear to have a swim. In the hotel they are very sctrict about not allowing me to go to the gym because I had sandals and not trainers to use the gym. However, they allowed some customers to swim using their underwear which it is absolutely disgusting.”

“We love our stay at Plantation Bay. Excellent service, great amenities. My only recommendation is to have more gluten free options in their restaurants. My daughter has Celiac Disease with Type 1 Diabetes & she has limited food selection here. ”

“Potentially a very nice resort, however lots of strict rules due to major Korean people occupancy (example: sunbeds cannot be moved out of shades if they're not falling within a straight line with the others) and some major misunderstanding/unclearness on extras payments mechanism. There is no clear way to debit everything to check out and sometimes you feel being chased after for payments. Amenities are good and new all over, but the beach itself was seaweeds infested and pretty dirty. We...
