“Location of the resort was good. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and beach. Room was clean and spacious. You had to leave a deposit $ if you wanted to use the gym which i thought was odd. Gym equipment was old and basic.
Philippino staff were very friendly but not so much of the owner. There were several occasions where he never acknowledged us when we approached the reception or spoke to the staff . This didn’t make us feel valued for giving him our business.”
“Tough review. This is a five star location as far as I am concerned.. Little to complain about. Responsive staff.. I could live here easily and be quite comfortable.
The food was all at least... a 4 out of 5 which is really good for the philippines in general.
The villas are top notch. We really enjoyed our two nights.. but.
1. Calling the room (more than once) to ask if we are coming to eat dinner when we were explicitly told last order is at 8pm... The calls started before 6pm.. One...
