“Room is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good.”

“This is a great place for day pass and overnight weekend staycations. Feels like all is designed for you to stay outside of your room. The lap pool, the jacuzzi and the wanna be beach pool are great. The huts around them are super comfy and great to lounge. The gym is okay. It's just small. The Oasis bar is so convenient but the menu isn't that original. Try their oasis maki. The room is spacious but poorly furnished. There is just 1 chair and no wardrobe. Just a steel structure to hang a few...

“Nicest hotel in the area but I wouldn’t rate it 5 stars. It’s old and the pillows suck”

“Desayuno bufet patético y vergonzoso. Me quisieron cobrar hasta para imprimir 1 hoja de papel de reserva de un vuelo,me negué.”

“Muy amables y todo perfecto excepto la playa que no es segura porque hay corrientes fuertes y no esta bien señalizado”

“Habitación limpia y empleados comprometidos y amigables que te ayudan para una buena estancia ”

“Extremely disappointing and concerning experience. During my stay, the hotel charged my account for items I never consumed. When I disputed this, they provided two conflicting documents: an unsigned slip and another with a forged signature that is NOT mine. To make matters worse, management is now harassing me with CCTV footage from a completely different time (March 3rd at 8:35 AM) to justify charges that do not match. They are using fake evidence to cover up internal security failures. Even...
