This inviting vacation rental, known as "Lieskehuis Wellness de Luxe 10+2," is a 5-room house spanning 118 m2 and accommodating a maximum capacity of 12 guests, specifically up to 10 adults and 2 children. On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable and well-appointed living and dining room featuring a dining table and a flat screen television. The open kitchen is equipped with a bar and connects seamlessly to the living area, with a direct exit leading out to the terrace. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with 2 beds, and a bathroom with a bath and shower is available alongside a separate WC. The upper floor features sloping ceilings and houses 3 additional bedrooms: 2 rooms each containing 2 beds, and 1 room fitted with 4 beds, bringing the total to 4 bedrooms across the property. A sleeping alcove is also present on the upper floor, functioning as a Dutch Cupboard bed designed for 2 children. The upper floor is further served by a shower and WC as well as a sauna, accounting for the property's 2 bathrooms in total. Outside, a large terrace and a generous garden complete the layout, with a view of the lake visible from the property.
