The holiday home, renovated in 2002, is modernly furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet location at the edge of the forest. Available for shared use: children's playground, sandbox, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, garden swing, and campfire site. Please order a cot with your booking. Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 140 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating and central heating (gas). The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with fireplace, dinette, TV and radio. Kitchen with electric cooker, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, electric water boiler and washing machine. Hall Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Top floor: 2 bedrooms each with 4 single beds.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and baby bed. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Vlčice u Trutnova, 464 mASL. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. On the property, there is holiday house CSR RIG 039 (9 people), the landlord's house, and holiday house CSR RIG 695 (8 people). By arrangement, a western restaurant with draft beer is offered. Order the bed linen at the time of booking. Higher standard. Access is via a path (gravel or crushed stone). Parking in the garage and on the property. Garage by pre-order.
