On the ground floor, the living and dining room is furnished in a modern style and features a flat-screen satellite TV and air conditioning, with direct access to the swimming pool. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. Also on the ground floor, 2 private bedrooms are available: the first features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, a flat-screen satellite TV, and air conditioning, while the second bedroom equally offers 1 French bed of the same dimensions, air conditioning, and a flat-screen satellite TV, and is complemented by its own en-suite shower and WC. A separate WC is also available on this level. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms each accommodate 2 French beds measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, and each room is equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning, and a private en-suite shower and WC. The upper floor also provides direct access to a 30 m2 terrace furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, ideal for outdoor relaxation.
