It saddens us that travelers sometimes book with us for just one day and then give our accommodations and services unfair reviews.

We are a private, affordable residence exclusively for tradespeople and business owners; together, we can always provide you with a fair and reasonable price that fits your budget.

Please note that our property is intended as a rental residence for regular company employees, skilled workers, and tradespeople, and is furnished in a standard and appropriate manner for tradespeople—not as accommodations for vacationers or tourists. Please maintain quiet in our building; parties and loud music disturb us and our neighbors, constitute a violation of the house rules, and may result in being barred from the premises.

We have everything your staff needs and can accommodate up to 18 people; we have ample free parking for your cars, bicycles, and motorcycles, which can also be parked directly on the property.
