The pictures online do not do Villa Bel Sogno justice! It is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous views in all directions. We met the property manager Luigi when we arrived and he gave us a quick tour. Because it was November, we were the ONLY ones there as all the other owners were gone for the season. The apartment is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. For the 3 of us, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect. Having access to a washing machine during our travels really helped. Grocery stores are very close so we had local meat, cheese, olives, and bread with wine every day for Happy Hour. We even made dinner one night. We texted Luigi to order Croissants and Ciabatta from a local bakery for us and they were delivered early the following morning - a nice treat.Bel Sogno is the perfect location for exploring the nearby towns. Before we arrived, the information we received about the area was extremely helpful in planning our time there, especially taking the train to Florence, and restaurant/winery recommendations.We did have a few glitches as new owners had recently taken possession of the property. However, with Luigi’s help, all issues were addressed quickly. While not necessary, they refunded part of our stay and gave us a delicious bottle of wine to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We felt it was more than generous. We can’t recommend Bel Sogno highly enough – our only regret was that we ONLY stayed 6 nights!

Die Küche war zum Kochen perfekt ausgestattet, mehr als ausreichende Geschirr, Kaffeetassen, Weingläser. Zwei sehr schöne Schlafzimmer mit Blick in die toskanische Landschaft mit jeweils einem tollen Bad. Alles sehr sauber. Traumhafte Veranda mit sehr schönem Garten. Sehr schöner Pool in der Anlage. Nicht weit zu zwei sehr guten Restaurants. Nicht weit nach Volterra - einfach Perfekt !

Brilliant accommodation in a stunning setting. An incredibly peaceful part of Italy with plenty to see and do. The house was superbly presented and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The pool area was spotlessly clean with incredible views later in the day. I could not recommend this property enough.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Lage

Im Juni 2025 waren wir mit Freunden für eine Woche Gäste im Bel Sogno. Der Bick in die Natur und auf Volterra sowie die Lage sind einfach nur wunderbar. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll. Das Haus ist sauber und absolut empfehlenswert.Zu kritisieren ist der Zustand der Duschen: Die Silikonabdichten an den Duschabtrennungen müssten erneuert werden

Under the Tuscan sun

Wow!! The beauty of this location is hard to describe- it was like living in a painting! The house was perfect for our family of 5. It was a great home base to discover nearby towns like Volterra and San Gimignano. Luigi’s restaurant on the property was a highlight! It was very hot while we were there and soaking in the pool and admiring the view was pureMagic! We will be back!

Astonishing! Amazing! Incredible! We absolutely loved our time in Bel Sogno. The property is immaculately clean, exquisitely maintained, and has everything you could want. (Including the most comfortable beds we have experienced in Europe.) The location is perfect. And the people are fantastic. Eric and Tania were absolutely lovely to work with and Luigi and his family (who maintain the property and run the Agriturismo restaurant on the grounds) are just wonderful. Several times since we left, everyone in my family (including the teenagers) have said “I miss Luigi!” If you plan to spend time in Tuscany, this is a perfect home base. Make sure you eat at least one meal at Santa Vittoria, Luigi’s restaurant. The food is incredible, the service couldn’t be better, and the views are unparalleled. We hope to return to Tuscany someday and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Stay in Tuscany

We absolutely adored this property! The pictures dont do it justice. The apartment itself was spacious and clean and the grounds were amazing. Everything we could have hoped for for our stay in Tuscany! Also, Luigi and his family (the owners of the property and restaurant) were sweet and helpful. The owners of the VRBO were great with communication and suggestions and even when we had a small problem with the washer. I would absolutely recommend this place to others!

Tuscan Treasure

We truly loved our stay at Bel Sogno. We stayed 5 nights with friends and did not want to leave. The Villa was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. Luigi the property manager was available for questions and communication was very easy. We enjoyed our dinners and breakfast at his nearby agriturismo. The town of Volterra was lovely and we enjoyed our drives through the Tuscan countryside. But the best part of our entire stay was the time we spent on the lovely patio enjoying the beautiful view. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful property!

Amazing does not even begin to describe it

We absolutely loved our stay at Bel Sogno. The view was ridiculous. The location was perfect. The property was meticulous. And the property manager and hosts were all the greatest! If you read this, do yourself a favor and book this place for you next trip to Tuscany…you will not find a better place to stay and you will not regret it!!!

A relaxing stay

It was a beautiful, updated and relaxing villa! It had all that we needed for our stay including an updated kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The views were amazing especially from the spacious patio. It was very quiet and peaceful.

Truly magical

Eric and Tania’s villa was truly a delight to stay in. My bestie and I each had our own comfortable bedroom and our own bathroom as well. The views were amazing in every direction and Luigi makes delicious cappuccinos. We rented a car in Florence very easily and had no trouble finding Santa Victoria. Eric and Tania provided tons of great local gems for us to check out. Highly recommend Villa Bel Sogno!

10 magical days in Tuscany!

Our stay at Eric and Tania’s Tuscan treasure was beyond our expectations! Lovely, well appointed villa overlooking magnificent scenery in the Tuscan hills with Volterra in the background. Every aspect (reservations, check in, communications, responsiveness from owners, villa amenities) were top notch! This location gave excellent access to so many areas of Tuscany within day drives, and for those evenings that you want to park the car, a very short walk across the parking lot leads you to Luigi’s panoramic restaurant. Delicious food! The large pool area was wonderful to spend an afternoon at, and our private terrace for evening drinks and dining was even better. We would highly recommend Eric and Tania’s beautiful Tuscan Villa, so well situated at Borgo Collevicchi!

Beautiful apartment with stunning views

The apartment is cozy and well equipped. A/C was very welcome during hot summer days. The terrace is lovely and offers a great view of Volterra. Volterra can be reached by in car in about 10 minutes and worth every visit -- a beatiful town with nice restaurants, museums, some shops and supermarkets. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and can absolutely recommend the apartment to everyone looking for a wonderful time in Tuscany!

Beautiful location with great views of Tuscany hills

The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing on the apartments patio soaking up the countryside views. Quick and easy check in and great communication with hosts. Highly recommend if you are looking for a home base to explore Tuscany or just a quiet place to relax. We did eat at the agriturismo restaurant across the way and it was amazing. Highly recommend this apartment.
