Sehr unfreundliches, unmotiviertes Personal. Wir wurden extra angefragt, wann wir ankommen. Auf die Bekanntgabe der Ankunftszeit wurde nicht geantwortet. Als wir ankamen(13:45) hiess es, das Zimmer sei erst um 15:00 bereit. Erst nach unserer Reklamation, war dann das Zimmer plötzlich innert 15 min. fertig. Das Personal war zu faul um den Shuttlebus wegzufahren, obwohl noch freie Parkplätze vor dem Bus vorhanden waren. Es hiess stinkefrech, kommt in ein paar Stunden nochmals vorbei. Strandbereich sehr dreckig, überall lag Müll, Plastik herum. Erst als wir das Personal darauf ansprachen, räumten sie es weg. Auch beim Abendbuffet wurden wir jeweils 3 mal nach der Zimmernummer gefragt, was beim Essen sehr störte.Alles wurde sofort abgeräumt, machte so den Eindruck als wollten sie einen vertreiben. Beim Check-out hat die Empfangsdame Magda nicht mal gefragt, ob uns der Aufenthalt gefallen hat oder nicht. Lediglich ein mühseliges Bye brachte sie gerade noch über ihre Lippen. Wir würden dieses Hotel als sehr überteuert und absolut nicht empfehlenswert bewerten. Die 5 Sterne erfüllt es bei weitem nicht. Der Gast wird in diesem Hotel eher als Last empfunden. Man hat den Eindruck als hätten sie die Gäste nicht nötig.

Great views, mini market very small and only sold sun lotion, inflatables and cigarettes but not much more. A great mini market at the next door hotel(Lichnos suites), our room door lock wasn’t working properly and struggled to open it everyday(handle was broken), only one small lift in the hotel which was super slow so really needs another lift, no facilities inside the hotel like a lounge bar or restaurant as those both are outside by the beach. The instructions how to use the safe were not complete and missing steps so had to ask for help to use it. Sofa bed my 12 yr old slept in was very short so her feet were hanging outside the end of the bed. She is normal height(160cm). Towels by the beach are on a towel card system and you hand in a card to a member of staff and they give you a towel. Towels had yellow ( presumably sun lotion)stains on them so need to be washed better to be clean. If you lose a towel card, you get charged €25 per card. Having said that, there were piles of cards by the towel stations so anyone could have picked one up easily as the stations weren’t manned all the time. Nice hotel but wouldn’t necessarily rate as 5 star. More like 4 star.

Jag hade en mycket trevlig vistelse på hotellet. Rummet var rent, modernt och bekvämt, med sköna sängar som gjorde att jag sov väldigt gott. Personalen var vänlig, hjälpsam och gav ett professionellt bemötande under hela vistelsen. Frukosten var god och erbjöd ett bra utbud, och hotellets läge gjorde det enkelt att ta sig till sevärdheter och restauranger. Jag uppskattade också den lugna atmosfären och den höga servicenivån. Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell till både affärsresenärer och semesterfirare och kommer gärna tillbaka i framtiden.
