Villa Dolores with private pool is located on the western coast of Istria, in the small place of Kloštar and offers a tranquil holiday experience in rural atmosphere for up to 8 people. Special feature of this villa is that it is suitable for disabled people (bedroom, shower room, pool).
Luxury Villa Dolores consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and living area, 3 double bedrooms, each with en suite shower room and an additional steam shower room. Sofa in the living room can easily be converted into an additional bed for 2 persons.
The outdoor area includes a huge private pool (12x6m), garden, children playground, 6 sun lounges and outdoor dining area with barbecue and a summer kitchen.
Villa Dolores is fully air-conditioned. The nearest grocery store, bakery, ambulance, doctor, bank, fish market and beach can be found in Vrsar, 8,5 km distance from the villa. The house is placed at only 5 km from the famous Lim fjord.
Villa Dolores is a pet-friendly villa, with max. 2 pets allowed. Pet fee in amount of 10€ per pet/day is not included in the final price and is to be paid on spot upon arrival.
