I have never given a poor review but we were Very disappointed with this hotel, we were there for a few days with my son and his wife following their wedding, I messaged the hotel before hand to ask them to do something for them like a fruit bowl but they didn’t. The rooms were very tired and need some attention the sea view room looks nothing like the photographs. The area around the driveway to the hotel is very neglected. One positive was the beds are very comfortable.
My sons room was not cleaned on the first day, and no fresh towels, the breakfast was poor, cold greasy bacon that appeared to be reheated from previous day, no bread for toast, very little fruit and no yogurts, we did ask the waiting staff but they were more interested in looking at their phones!
We stayed in 4 hotels during our time in Vietnam and this was the one that I would not return to!
