The owners of this property took such care in thinking of everything you could need from necessities and many bonuses. The cabin is clean, property is well maintained and they have great information on the nature around you available. My friend and I needed a long overdue relaxing getaway and this was PERFECT! Hot tub was a perfect end to our days of hiking. We will be back!

Property overall was great! The snack machine and drinks are a great amenity to keep you from needing to run into town. Amazingly clean, with only 1 piece of trash we found on the whole property, so very well kept! The beach was so relaxing and has a picnic table and grill! We only had two down sides. The first was the cabin needed a couple small side tables on the porch and bedroom to place chargers, drinks or medical equipment. Second was the hot tub, it took forever to heat up and actually went down in temp when we got in. Would be good warning for guests to heat up the hot tub temp on arrival if they plan to use it. Those are pretty minor issues and we had no problems with anything else. We even had charcoal, lighter fluid, and hornet spray on the porch, which was nice ever though we didn't end up grilling out. We were already talking about bringing our daughter and grandparents out to enjoy as a family.

This was our second time to this property and it still exceeded our expectations. The ADA capabilities is so helpful with my grandmother, she's already looking forward to spending her 91st there next year! The property has everything you could ask for and then some.

Beautifully and thoughtfully designed cabin with added amenities. (hot tub, kayaks, canoe, laundry, open-space living with stone, gas-powered fireplace) Lovely countryside stay; clean and well- maintained. A great place to relax.

Creek was a bit high. Fishing okay. A bit hard to find the cabin but got there. Need the gps. Shower floor was a bit slippery. Cameras around. One facing hot tub. Had a little snack shack which was great. Very remote.

The truth is that I really enjoyed the experience in this place. It is a beautiful quiet place to share with the family and disconnect from all the stress of the city. I would definitely visit that place again. I recommend it.

Everything was absolutely perfect! I took my mom and my gram (who is in a wheelchair) on a 4 day getaway. Everything that the cabin had to offer was above and beyond what I expected! My gram, who was hesitant to go, didn't want to leave! The cabin and amenities were so thought out and made the trip wonderful!! My only suggestion would be the path to the ADA cabins fire pit, it was a little challenging with the gravel, but we made it work!!! Thank you for an amazing experience, you made 3 ladies very happy and relaxed 😁

It’s just like it’s listed and much,much more. Ben, the host was so nice and kind. He brought us fresh tomatoes and watermelons from his garden. The view and the water stream was amazing. The kids loved the kayaks and the sandy beach. Very clean and loved having a washer and dryer. I have shown pics to people and they are asking for information. You won’t regret you stay here. We will be back. Thanks again Ben.

The place was beautiful and is set up to never have to leave. We enjoyed the water and it was perfect for my active toddler- shallow water and lots to explore safely. We spent one morning biking, and watched a storm from the porch. We hope to come back and rent both cabins to truly have the whole place to enjoy!

This property exceeded our expectations. I was actually sad that we had to leave. It so peaceful, quiet and beautiful! The hot tub was perfect. Tubing on the river and lounging on the beach was exactly what I needed. We wil definitely be back.

Cabin was fantastic. Location was excellent. Owner communication was great. 15 minutes drive to civilization for food and gas, etc. Only 2 negatives were the additional $300+ in fees that nearly doubled the cost of the rental stay, and the proximity of a 2nd cabin directly beside our cabin and between our cabin and hot tub and the beach. One of the primary reasons for choosing this location was the seclusion, but having a 2nd cabin 10 ft from ours is not secluded. This makes the description of private beach, hot tub, fire ring, etc a little deceptive. I guess looking back at the pics of the property one pic shows both cabins.

The property was stunning! I was looking for something small and cozy for a weekend getaway and this place fit the bill perfectly. It's remote, but within 30 minutes of Mercersburg and Berkley Springs. The stream was beautiful, the cabin was clean and well provisioned, and the hot tub was in good working order. The only thing we had to provide was food and beer. The owners took care of everything else. This cabin is a perfect getaway location, and we'll definitely be heading back.

Property is beautiful but the best features of the handicap accessible cabin was that I was able to move my son around the cabin with ease from room to room....the lights at night are beautiful...The owners were so great and responded very quickly with anything I couldn't find...the owners really put thought into this cabin you could tell..I give them 5 stars..when you arrive..turn off your cell data and connect to the wifi...only way you can make outside calls...

Absolutely peaceful and serene location. Creek, hot tub, no noise, beautiful wildlife. Everything you would need to enjoy unplugging and spending quality in the woods with those you love to spend time with. Ben was awesome, prompt and helpful with answering all the questions we had. Remember to pack food as I really didn't want to get off the mountain to eat and their kitchen has all you would need to cook. Sat in the creek and watched deer and their babies, crows, and various birds fly up and down the water. Would definitely book again. Felt like a resort in the woods. Loved every moment!
