The room was newly renovated new bathroom everything was quality new bed, fridge, tv it was a nice surprise.... location is good for travelers just looking for a room thats quite and secure I will stay again when coming thru Wagga Wagga

We extended our second stint with Seven Inn because it was that good! The comfortable rooms and beds made it a very relaxing stay. It has everything you need in a place to stay when on your road trip. Highly recommended.

We booked again with Seven Inn on our return road trip from Melbourne and it was just as good the second time around! We were in a different room and it was beautifully renovated and clean too. The beds are very comfortable and with parking out the front of your room - it really has it all. So happy with our return stay, we even extended our time at Seven Inn!

From the moment i arrived at reception i was greeted with a smile. All i needed to do was show my id and the key was handed over. I was directed to my room which was extremely clean and fresh 😀. I will be definitely stopping and staying here again if im ever in the area.

Cosy and comfortable

Very comfortable and cosy - staff were very helpful and friendly. Even though it’s a little out of CBD I didn’t find this a problem. Also even though on Highway it was quiet and I slept very well. Great choice on the television.

I stayed at a newly renovated room so everything was new. Bed is medium firm so got a good sleep. Amenities complete from coffee making, microwave and mini refrigerator. Greatly recommended. Travelled for business

I booked this hotel after reading the reviews, which highlighted clean rooms and comfortable beds. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience at all. Check-in was quick and easy, but as soon as we opened the door to Room 115, we were hit with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was even worse, with a foul odour coming from the drains that resembled sewerage. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the pool, however it was brown and completely unusable. There was no mention of this before our arrival, which was disappointing. For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. Sadly, the room and facilities did not live up to the reviews, and I would not choose to stay here again. Ended up booking elsewhere to stay.

A bit over priced. Rooms clean and new. Beds are terrible. Really uncomfortable, could feel springs through the whole mattress.

The room was very clean but the door didn't close properly (noise and light came through the gap) and that didn't feel safe (anyone can open the door with a push).

A place for a getaway, which you want getaway from

Check in is from 2PM we arrived at 430PM to find reception locked and a phone number to call. Was told they would be back within an hour but the room was open, it wasn't. 90 minutes later they arrive and open the room. Rooms are small but well fitted out with new appliances. Doors are thin and flimsy you will hear the wind, cars, people walking/talking. Beds are new but not very supportive or comfortable. Overall it ticked the box for a place to stay for a night and that was about it.

We are regulars to Wagga, our normal hotel booked out so we decided to give another establishment a try. We stayed 2 nights over October long weekend. On arrival, noted the outside of the buildings very old and unfinished restoration. Rooms internal seemed renovated recently. We found the management were helpful on arrival however, we found the service from there lacking. We booked 2 nights and were only provided 4x sachet coffee and 4x milk capsules which were used the first afternoon (nothing left for the morning) …,., Shower gell bottle almost empty too. We left the next morning early to seek adventures and when out, called the hotel reception to be sure they make up our room (no entry door “do not disturb” or “make up room” signage provided) 🙄 and please give us some more coffee/milk and shower gel. On our return, bed was made however floor not vacuumed so grit under bare feet. Shower gel topped up which was good However, I was pretty annoyed still “NO” coffee and milk…… Now, the hotel charges a decent amount for rooms here but are too stingy on providing a few dollars worth of coffee and milk. They did end up providing some but took me a walk to the office and complained. We have decided we won’t stay here again which is unfortunate as good to have another place to stay should we not get a booking at our regular. Thanks
