“Everything is BRAND NEW. The condo is so clean and comfortable. The bed was honestly one of the comfiest I've ever slept in. The view out the back is great.A few suggestions: the email with check-in instructions needs to be updated or just made a little more clear. Park your car on Kuilima Dr and go het the fob for the gate from *inside of the condo*. There isn't an office or guarded gate where you get the fob. We arrived late at night and the gate was already open, but we drove all around...

“The property is nicely updated and a short distance from Turtle Bay. It is an older building with the dryer venting inside of the unit. I don’t believe this to be a safe practice. Fumes, moisture build up and fire hazards being just a few of the reasons. I felt ill and had to open windows while running. Definitely mildew building up inside of the hall bath. It has a mildew smell and the lack of any shower curtain causes a huge puddle on the floor after showering. We did see roaches as well, but...

We attempted to call, text, and message Vanessa through the app with no response all night. I also reached out to VRBO customer support and they also were not able to contact her. The property was getting much needed repairs as we were leaving, and the room some improvement but was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. The only issue was the oven was out, but our rep Katie ordered us a pizza which we appreciated very much. Thanks for the stay”
