    - Please be aware that this home has 3 security cameras located in the front of the house, side of the house, and back yard. All facing away from the home.
    - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
    - Please note an extra twin mattress is available in the primary bedroom walk-in closet.
    - The home has solar panels and provides complimentary electric vehicle (EV) charging.
    - This house is equipped with two Tesla Wall Batteries, it guarantees a sustained and uninterrupted power supply for a pleasant stay during Oahu island's often power outages.

    This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

    As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

    Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

    There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

    As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Beautiful home!

We loved staying at this home for our mini vacation. It was comfortable with plenty of space, and the outdoor area especially was a dream. It is a bit far from the main attractions & tours, so we spent a lot more time in the car than expected.

Family vacation

We came as two families with all of our teenagers and it was the perfect house for us! The house is comfortable with plenty of space for lots of full size people. It is in a beautiful neighborhood with an amazing view, and is also very safe and secure.

Amazing

Easy communication and check in process. Safe safe and safe. The guards at the gate were helpful and nice and definitely had the aloha spirit. We enjoyed the view of the mountains and the ocean. Plenty of room for everyone, stocked kitchen. Shop before you get there maybe in Kapolei for money saving. Stores and restaurants nearby. It was great we definitely will do it again.

Wow!

We loved this house! The view is spectacular. The yard offered space for us to unwind and for our kids to play. Coffee in the morning and sipping something at sunset on the deck was sublime. The house is immaculate. We wanted for nothing and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. This home is a must stay. 10/10 for sure!

Beautiful home and view!

We loved the Makaha Valley location! The mountains wrap their arms around you and leave a beautiful view of the Pacific. It’s has some very nice amenities including coffeemaker, juicer, full kitchen w dishwasher. Plenty of plates, cups, kitchen utensils,etc. A couple of things to know, there’s No Grill! (As of my trip 3/7/24) And when you cook indoors, the smoke alarms ring loudly! I was afraid to toast the bread😂😂😂 Also, this home is in much need of shade out back. Really limited our time outdoors when we stayed in. I would definitely recommend this home even with those minor concerns.
