This recently renovated home has all the essentials including, air conditioning or heat pump to set the ideal temperature and a TV equipped with Chromecast, WiFi and DVD player for chill nights on the couch!

Spend your days down by the water, toes in the sand and sunblock on your nose less than 500m from your door. Leave the car at home. First thing in the morning, brew a good cup of coffee on the coffee machine and cook up a storm in the kitchen to make sure everyone is energised for the day ahead.

Before you head down to the beach, stop by Old Beach Bakery, just a 4-minute walk, and pick up some treats to enjoy down on the beach for lunch. And if you don't feel like cooking, pop down to the Waimea Restaurant for dinner by the beach.
