The home is amazing.,., spacious, clean, walking to the pool and the golf. we had everything that we needed for the beach days and even extra discounts on the golf. we will definitely be renting again, PERFECT

Well Furnished

The place was well furnished. But was at a basement level. The Lanai was nice at ground level. But you have to go down 10 steps below the parking lot to get to the front door. Communication with the manager was not good. They contacted me the day I arrived. Only to ask me to fill out a rental agreement.

Amazing Find!!

We had a great time at Jane's condo. We were there for almost a month and never missed our own home. The pictures don't do justice to the home. It is much more spacious that what you may see in the pictures. Excellent location with view of amazing sunsets. The home has everything you need. It is very clean and well kept. The pool is very close to the home but you hardly hear any noise, even with the opened windows. Our local contact, Trent went out of his way to help and make sure that we had everything we need. It was a working vacation for my wife and I. Jane and Trent made sure that internet service was upgraded to give us high speed internet. Who does that??? Jane and Trent did. We really enjoyed staying here and looking forward to staying there again.

Great Place to Stay with good amenities

Very nice place, large, comfortable and well stocked. We were so busy going to great Hawaii locations, such as Manta snorkeling, the volcano, green sand beach and two step we did not get much time to use the pool and tennis courts. But both looked very nice. The condo had nice beach chairs and towels, which is a plus. It's on the ground floor with a view of the golf course and a wonderful sunset view. I would definitely stay here again.

Great condo

We were so pleased with the condo! Very clean and spacious. Excellent for a long stay with teenagers. The patio was wonderful, and we appreciated all the kitchen items and the beach items (chairs/find). We had no problems and would stay again.

Great condo

Condo is spacious, two comfortable king sized beads, each with it’s own en-suite. Wifi is quick and there’s good selection of tv channels to keep track of news etc. Unit is very well stocked. Lanai is good sized, weather protected, and furnishing, comfortable. Location is great, overlooking the golf course (and water hazard which can be entertaining) with the ocean in the distance. The pool area is good and the two bbq’s are new. The Fairway Condo area is quiet as most units are owned and occupied by residents. The owner of our particular unit was excellent to deal with. Our month stay couldn’t have been better. Almost forgot to mention it but the washer/dryer unit worked very well.

Wonderful!

A nice and quiet place with so many conveniences in the unit and surrounding area. We particularly enjoyed the layout of the condo, the suggestion list by Jane, the beach accessories, fully stocked kitchen, and although the pool was chilly, our boys loved playing there! Thank you Jane for having us! We had a wonderful and memorable holiday!! Mahalo🌈☀️🌺

Family reunion

Great condo in Waikoloa Village

We were lucky enough to spend a month at this rental! It is very well equipped and comfortable. We began to joke because every time we thought “The only thing this place needs is ....”, we would always find it later that day in the condo! The sunset views every night were amazing from the lanai. We usually rent houses rather than condos but this condo get very private even though the lanai overlooks the golf course. There was plenty of space and the beds and couches were comfortable. Plenty of spices, etc also in the kitchen which was nice. We were usually comfortable just opening up all the windows for the breeze and only had to turn on the aC for a few hours on a couple of particularly hot afternoons. The location is an easy 5-20 minute drive to any of the amazing Kohala beaches but also has easy access to Waimea and to Saddle Road to head over to the Hilo side. It was nice having the grocery store nearby as well. I would highly recommend this condo!

Clean, comfortable & welcoming

We had such a lovely stay. The breeze that comes in was wonderful. The sunset from the back porch was beautiful. Close to the market and everything we had planned to do. Definitely would stay again. Thank you for amazing memories!

A slice of paradise

This is our second time here and once again we were wowed by the beauty, we were rejuvinated and relaxed. The condo is central to so many wonderful places. This time we found new places to eat as well as the coffee shop and Pueo's Osteria and the burrito cart. We found a few new beaches - including a black beach! The weather is amazing - sunny and hot but not too humid during the day, cool and lovely in the evening. One of our favorite things to do is to watch the sunset on a beach and then get up to the condo and go out on the lanai and watch a second sunset! It did not disappoint this year. The last time we were there we didn't use the ammenities as much but this time we grilled twice out by the pool and we got in the pool and the hot tub in the evening. The facilities are lovely - well taken care of and we loved the salt water pool and hot tub. The grills were great and we met a few wonderful neighbors as well. The condo itself it so well-equiped - we had brought our own snorkel equipment but part of one didn't end up working and we found a working one at the condo. Sitting on the lanai for breakfast was a lovely experience. The bed is so comfortable! We didn't use the TV but I'm sure it worked fine. We followed the instructions and never saw bugs in the condo so that was nice. We found everything we needed for cooking on our own and that was so good too!. It would seem that Jane and Tim thought of everything one would need at a place away from home! Everything about our experience was amazing and we hope to be back again soon! Thank you so much Jane and Tim for maintaining such a lovely place for us to rent and feel relaxed and refreshed before returning to the rat race. We loved our time so much! Laurel and Greg McDermott

Outstanding Home in Waikoloa Village

My husband and another couple recently stayed at this property as I had a business conference at the Hilton Hotel. While my co hort paid up to 400.00 each a night at the Hilton, we enjoyed this fabulous home just a mere 6 miles away. The location was terrific. 25 minutes to downtown Kona, and 10 to the great Hapuna Beach. Two king bed suites with private bathrooms was a real luxury. This property is quite large and gave us a great space to come together in the living room and spacious kitchen, as well as feel as if we had our own private living quarters in the bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. Owner made sure there were plenty of bath and beach towels available. The outdoor patio area looked over the golf course and we were treated to sunrises and wild geese each morning. I especially liked the attention to detail. Everytime we said "I wish we had brought X" we would look in the cupboards to find it. Plenty of cooking supplies, hairdryers, sun block, all of the extras. Much appreciated! The hot tub and pool, while not used much as we were busy exploring the island, provided a welcome respite after a long day of sightseeing. Just a short walk across the driveway and there it was! A home away from home.

Amanda and I really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Waikoloa Village is a quiet retreat from the busy resort life located closer to the coast. The property was clean and comfortable. We had absolutely everything we needed to enjoy our 10 day honeymoon in paradise. We will definitely be back.

Amazing views and sunsets

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo on the golf course. It was very comfortable and we couldn't have asked for a better location. The grocery store was just around the corner and we were just a 15 minute drive from the beach. We enjoyed watching amazing sunsets from the lanai at night and it was always quiet and peaceful. There was easy access to the pool and hot tub. There were also 2 gas grills available to cook on. I would highly recommend this property and hope to come back again next year.

Extended Stay in Paradise!

Our family was blessed with an opportunity to spend 6 months in Hawaii. Spending the time in Waikoloa Village was a great experience as we were able to connect with the community and meet some wonderful people. Tim and Jane's condo was perfect for our family of four! Our favorite was watching the amazing sunsets from the lanai and the view of the beautiful golf course. The kids loved seeing the nenes, turkeys, and so many colorful birds. We would walk to the 10th hole and visit the muscovy ducks. They love visitors! The layout of the condo was perfect. Both bedrooms are spacious and have their own bathrooms. The condo was very clean, updated, and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the extras such as snorkel gear, beach chairs, games, etc. All of this was very important as we were staying for an extended time period. Tim and Jane were great to work with when arranging our stay and answering any questions we had about the area. We couldn't have worked with a better couple! Thanks Tim and Jane and we look forward to returning to Waikoloa in the future!

We stayed here Jan. 1 through Jan. 19, 2017. We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo itself was just as it was posted on HomeAway, being very clean, very well stocked, nice furnishings, close to the pool, lovely layout with the Master right off the lanai. Even though we did not have guests to enjoy the second bedroom, it was lovely as well being right off the lanai on the other side. The Owner and Manager of the Unit were very accessible and very accommodating from the moment I booked to the moment we left. We loved the Village, and shopped at the Grocery often, ate at the coffee shop often and even had an appointment at Absolute Hair Salon, which by the way, I highly recommend, Zemira did a fabulous color and style for me, and reasonably priced, not like the salon in the Queens which is very pricey. We loved Banjy's! The food and the local ambience is terrific. Dave the Property Manager at the whole complex was very thorough and takes care of the grounds and the pool to perfection we felt. We met many nice people down by the pool and enjoyed getting to know them. Even though many times, my husband and I were the only ones at the pool, so we had the best of both worlds. We loved the close proximity to the north side of the Island, and spent a lot of time in Waipio area as well as Hawi and Kawahai and the beaches! I would highly recommend this unit! The birds singing in the morning are quite lovely !
