Our family really enjoyed our stay! The condo was in an excellent location. It was quiet and clean and had everything you need for a family vacation. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and great location

We loved it here. We had everything we needed, an amazing view with birdsong, and very easy walk to A Bay or the Hilton. The king bed was very firm; got great sleep. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed place overall but……

Place had very comfortable master bed. Most of place was pretty clean, however shower was horrible. Green mold in grout on white tile, glass so spotted, I felt ridiculous using squeegee. There was quite an ant problem in the kitchen.

The condo was perfect for our vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed plus the washer and dryer was a big plus. We enjoyed the patio with the mountain views for most of our meals. Loved the pool and high end lounge chairs. Highly recommend this condo!

Lovely unit in a great location

The unit was clean and modern, with updated appliances and comfortable furniture. The location was fantastic - walking distance to A-Bay, along with other activities, such as golf, the dolphin quest, and the luau. There are plenty of restaurants right in the area. All in all, a perfect home base for our adventures on Hawaii!

The condo is in a great location. The bathrooms need to be upgraded badly, area around the shower does not come clean and door to shower in master does not close completely. Louver doors would not close until we put WD40 on the track, they should be in working order for renters. The light fixtures in the kitchen were very dirty, the cleaner should remove the dead bugs.There was no lock on the bedroom screen door, wall by louvers need repair, everything needs paint. All and all it was livable but could be in better shape.

Well-equipped condo in the heart of Waikiloa resort

Wonderful spot within an easy walk of the beach! Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking at home, nice pool and a little gym on site, best coffee shop with views at the Marriott down the street, and handy sand chairs for trips to the beach. Interior is dated but nicely maintained; 4 stars for cleanliness only necause the master shower needed a bit more attention. Otherwise a really nice, comfortable spot.

Great Location ~ Run Down Place

I would’ve love to give this rental property a great review. Unfortunately, this place is trashed. The corners of the walls are banged up and luggage marks throughout the entire house, paintings ripped falling off, ripped stuff ect. There are good rental supplies here kitchen base essentials, and you do have full size washer and dryer. Just be prepared for this place to be really dirty and torn up.

Needs to be cleaned.

We arrived at midnight and the condo was easy to find and instruction for the key was easy to find. When we where booking this condo I always look at reviews and had seen that over a year ago there where complaints of cleanliness. Obviously after this amount of time you would think it would have been taken care of. Walking into the condo you notice right away that if hasn’t been cleaned. It needs a deep deep clean and a paint job. We where 2 couples and the one bedroom wasn’t ready for a couple it was 2 twin beds that we had to put together to make the king. Other then that the condo was supplied with everything we needed. The golf course and mountain view from the patio was beautiful. Watched the sunrise every morning We love the Big Island.

Great vacation stay

Property pretty much as outlined with comfortable beds, fantastic pool, and great views. Could use a good cleaning and updating as both screens in the living room barely/didn’t open and had to go through a bedroom screen, and some damage to picture above the couch. Minor issues though and any questions or concerns were answered promptly.

Waikoloa Getaway

We had a great week. The property has amazing views and a beautiful pool. It’s located close to shops and restaurants and it was way more roomy and reasonable than a hotel. I would highly recommend this property.

Spectacular time

The Vista Waikoloa Resort has always been our home away from home. There are many reasons why we return to such a lovely property located several steps from shops, restaurants, entertainment, beautiful beaches, immaculate golf courses. Above all, the Vista has wonderful condos that are furnished with ample supplies that’ll help make your visit special and convenient. Vista’s staff are amazing!! They assure that the entire check in process is smooth and hassle free. We arrived late in the evening because of our delayed flight. The property manager sent easy information on how to enter our condo. Specific instructions where located inside. Our condo was prepared perfectly. Ceiling fans were on with the AC. It was very very comforting entering a cooled pleasant home. Our 10 days stay was entirely perfect!! We enjoyed every minute of it. A very gracious Thank you to the cleaners and management for allowing a late checkout. We appreciated the care and understanding that we received throughout our stay. A high 5 stars!!

Great location!

My husband and I had a great stay at this property. The staff at Love rentals was very accommodating with an early check-in and luggage drop off. Being on the ground floor with a view and access to golf course short cut turned out to be a welcome benefit as we had family staying in another complex close by. Love the Big Island. Love Vista Waikaloa.

Location was main attraction point for our visit since we were participating in Waikoloa Lavaman Triathlon. Access to kitchen, laundry were keys to our search, and this location was great. The location is a bit out-dated (could use minor remodeling and removal of 'older' assets inside. Still, overall-we really enjoyed and the location was great for us. Twice I had minor questions/concerns--responses and communications were quick and made us feel really valued. We would search for this unit again in the future visits. Thank-you.

Great Location. Dirty unit.

LOVED the location! We will return to this complex but will look for a better unit. Lap swimming only from 8-9 am. Exercise classes offered. SO close to Kings Shops and the ocean! Lovely area for our morning walks, friendly folks, and just so nice! Unfortunately, I agree with the previous guest, as this unit is in need of a MAJOR deep clean/painting/ upgrade. Broken lamp, dirty dining table chairs, walls banged up, etc. I do not fault the people cleaning the unit, it lies with the owners who have NOT put any maintenance into this place. I counted 9 very dirty fake plants. Really, they need to go. Fix this unit up and I WOULD return!
