This 1,286 square-foot home sleeps four guests comfortably with a king bed in the master suite and queen bed in the guest room, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a private patio or balcony with resort views. Enjoy resort amenities including a community pool and hot tub, fitness room, and complimentary WiFi, plus beach essentials like chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella to maximize your island adventure. With free parking, air conditioning, and proximity to world-class golf, snorkeling, whale watching, and dining, this is your ideal base for exploring the tropical paradise of Waikoloa Beach Resort.

    START UP SUPPLIES PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

I was not aware that there would only be a portable AC unit in the living room & only a fan in the bedroom, it was way too hot. It would be a nice condo to stay in if the AC was working.

Outstanding stay! This is honestly one of the best condos we’ve ever stayed in while on any of the islands. Clean, spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed and all appliances work well. We prepared, cooked/grilled and ate most meals in. Very clean and large fridge and good storage space. Gorgeous views of flowers and the palms. Extremely quiet and comfortable. Easy check in and all codes for entry worked well. This condo has all you need! Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, laundry detergent, tons of trash bags and soap, a cooler, and so much more! The tvs were a bit finicky and the only other thing I would improve is screen doors that shut completely to keep mosquitoes out. Beautiful grounds and pool/hot tubs. Easily walkable. Loved the assigned parking spot- nice not to have to search. The newly installed central air works marvelously and we were quite thankful for it. We loved being on the ground floor and never heard any neighbors. Enjoyed walking down the path to the ocean for some of the most gorgeous sunsets I’ve ever seen. Book a boat tour with Captain Chad’s Charters when visiting. So much better than a typical “booze cruise” or crowded snorkeling boat. Fav snorkeling was at Beach 49 black sand just to the north of Waikoloa and the south beach of Hapuna. Shop at Foodland up the road to save some . Loved all the birds, geckos and cats around Waikoloa. We can’t wait to return to this lovely condo and magical island. Mahalo!
