Luxury accommodations, discounted golf and beautiful sunsets year round.

  • Luxurious ground floor "no stair steps" villa with private lanai, large lawn area and wide open views of the golf course. Granite slab counters in the large, well-equipped kitchen. Living and dining areas have hardwood floors. Kitchen, entry and baths have tile floors. New entertainment center with a 55" 4K TV and many different board games. New sectional sofa and new mattresses in both bedrooms. We stock supplies for your whole stay, not just tiny amounts for the first few days. The lanai has dining for 6 plus a Viking grill and sink in the outdoor kitchen. The garage holds sand chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels, boogie boards, coolers, wagon, two Trek bicycles and two sets of golf clubs. Discounted green fees of $95 for 18 holes at the Beach 9, Lakes 9 and Kings 9 Courses just a short drive from the unit. Club rentals are $50 at the Pro Shop. It is a 15 minute walk to the pro shop, Mauna Grill & Bar restaurant and driving range. Only a 5 minute walk to all kinds of amenities including Starbucks, groceries, shopping, restaurants, farmer's market, movie theater and live entertainment. Luaus at the Hilton and Marriott with traditional foods, music and dances. From the hotels and A-Bay beach, it is a short walk back to your Hawaii Home with lush grounds that are extremely quiet and peaceful. Located at the end of the complex, but only a one minute walk to the delightful tropical lagoon pool and hot tub for a relaxing swim or catching up on that book you have been wanting to read and the fully equipped workout room. Or drive 10 minutes to the best white sand beaches on the island, Hapuna and Mauna Kea. Paradise found!

    PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE A KING OR TWO TWINS IN THE GUEST BEDROOM. ALSO WHAT IS YOUR ETA AND ETD IF OTHER THAN STANDARD CHECK IN TIME OF 4 PM OR CHECKOUT TIME OF 11 AM. AS THIS WILL HELP THE CLEANING PERSON SCHEDULE HER TIME.

    Occupancy Limit is 5 persons. If you exceed this limit, there will be an additional charge of $100 per person per night. We set the AC limit at 76 degrees.

Top notch location and stay!All was exemplary with this stay, there were shops nearby and everything one could think of with a wonderful place was provided. The best part of the stay was that it was so well appointed and decorated I felt it was an authentic hawaiian experience.

Easy check-in process. The unit was very clean well maintained and well stocked with all of the supplies needed. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful. Close to shops and great restaurants. Definitely want to come back!

Time on the Big Island

This was an excellent choice for our vacation. The place was beautiful and had everything you could possibly want for cooking and enjoying the beach. The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping and area attractions.

Beautiful condo, very clean, in a quiet, and friendly community. Loved the lanai. Shops are super close, you can walk to the beach, or a great restaurant. That being said, we found everything we could possibly need to make a great meal in the kitchen. They also have all the beach gear you need for adults, as well as kids!

Pristine location in the Waikoloa Beach area - near shops, restaurants, beaches, parks and trails. The unit itself has absolutely everything you'd wish to find at a vacation rental. We felt at home and the labeling of everything made our stay easy! Easily one of the best VRBO's I have ever been!

Wonderful Family Condo

Great stay!

A great location, near shops, pool, and beaches. The unit is quiet and well equipped, the best we’ve ever had, with comfy furnishings and beds that gave us the Aloha feeling. We’ve stayed in the complex in a similar unit, this unit would be our first choice next time! Responsive property management!

Wonderful place

I spent with my family 3 nights in this beautiful and confortable condo. The owner is very responsive: the check-in and check-out info are very accurate. We really enjoyed the stay: the beach items and the lanai with the grill are a plus. We strongly recommend this place!

Perfect vacation rental for golf and relaxation

It was a very comfortable place, perfect location for golf and access to the beaches in the Waikoloa area. The property manager and site manager were lovely and very responsive. Great pool for the kids.

Fantastic condo in great location!

We feel like we were so lucky to find this condo when booking our semi last minute trip to the Big Island! The condo was spacious, incredibly well appointed with everything you could need, and was in a great location close to shops and the beach. The pool in the condo complex was great too!! Would absolutely stay here again!

One of the best units at Waikoloa Beach Villas

We’ve stayed at three different 2B/2B units at this complex, and found this one to be the most well stocked, organized, and comfortable unit! The owners put in a lot of time making sure their guests have a great stay. Loved the golf privileges, too!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo! The location is perfect, very peaceful and relaxing with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The condo was spotless, maintained beautifully and equipped with many extras. Communication with Chris was excellent. She was responsive, friendly and helpful. We would happily recommend this condo.

Love this condo!

The owners are super organized and have a beautiful condo with everything you need. We chose this place two years in a row because of how neat the place is and for the golf club privileges.

Wonderful Stay

Beautifully landscaped grounds, very nice pool and spa, condo was fantastic. We loved sitting on the back patio evenings and enjoying the Hawaiian breeze. Walking distance to shops, A-Bay beach and great golfing! Owners were very responsive when we had questions. We would stay here again for sure!
