Piso Adosado excepcional en la colonia Villas at Waikoloa Beach Resort, una comunidad cerrada en el perímetro del campo de golf de Reyes en la media luna de sol de la isla grande con sol 350 días al año. Dos piscinas y pistas de tenis están en la propiedad, así como dos campos de golf, la playa y de los Reyes. Tiendas, restaurantes y tiendas de comestibles están muy cerca - Todo lo que necesite podrás encontrar en muchas tiendas y comercios de la localidad o en el cercano Waikoloa Hilton Resort.

El condominio es soleado, con terraza de estilo hawaiano arriba y abajo, dos amplios dormitorios, dos baños, lavadero, lavadora / secadora y cocina completa. Los techos altos y diseño de la isla proporcionan confort y espacio tropical. Ideal para leer tranquilo y relajante o una base de operaciones para ver y explorar la isla.

We were here a week for family event. Very pleasant place. Only downside was that we were not permitted to control the AC-so it was too warm for us at night. We would return, however.

The property is clean and very roomy. It was well stocked with towels, food storage containers and detergents. We like the beach but found that the really nice beaches are about 10 miles drive north. The Waikaloa area is loaed with condos and time shares but is lacking is restaurants. That was a disappointment.

We thought this was a great location. This area is very beautiful with lots of walking trails. We liked that it was so close to A-bay, Hapuna and Mauna Kei beaches. The condo had lots of beach stuff including boogey boards, umbrella, cooler and chairs so that was very helpful. We liked also being close to island gourmet to pick up groceries and some fast meals. The condo was well equipped for us to do some cooking and was right around the corner from the pool and the BBQs which was very nice. Paul was quick to respond when we contacted him about questions.

A very clean and nicely updated 2 bedroom townhouse in Waikola. Comfortable king bed in the upstairs master bedroom. Very near to one of two pools in the complex. Very quiet. We had a bit of trouble locating the building where the unit was but called the owner and then easily found the unit. The a/c is locked at 76, not really an issue for us as we opened the windows at night for cooler air upstairs.

Amazing! Everything about the property was wonderful. It was very clean, close parking, and close to the pool! Owner had great communication with us regarding check in and check out. Great experience. We cannot wait to be back!

Everything we may have needed was there for us. Thank you! Condo is beautiful, both bathrooms remodeled with fantastic showers. Thanks for the beach chairs and beach towels.we didn’t need the beach toys, but they would be a very nice addition for a family. We hope to return soon and would happily rent this condo again.

This place is close enough to get to all the nice beaches and Kona but just far enough away for piece and quiet as well. Shops and restaurants are near by with easy access to the road to Hilo. Has everything you need inside for eating at home and beach play. Would definitely stay again. you need you

Our overall Waikoloa getaway experience was very enjoyable. Property is located at the end of subdivision near to back entrance or exit gate. Which makes it accessible and convenient. Home is very inviting and comfortable. Shopping centers are within distance. Thank you so much for having us!!!

Great location and amenities. There were a couple of issues. Chemicals: Mainly an issue since I had young children. A minor recommendation would be to have chemicals stored somewhere other than in easily accessible cupboards, such as under the kitchen sink. My 1 year old daughter grabbed an open container of powdered cleaning product. This obviously was on me for not having my eyes on her at that moment, but given that others may stay with their children there, I thought I would mention it. The AC: It is controlled by a Nest thermostat, which is locked. The condo temperature was set at 76 degrees on auto mode, which was much warmer than my 1 year old daughter could handle. We are from Hilo and are used to warmer temperatures during the day, but not 76 at night! I contacted the owner (or manager, not sure) to see if they could turn the temp down. Initially, I was told that they found the temperature comfortable and that energy costs are high. They offered to turn it down to 74, which I said was fine. Within a few hours, the temperature was turned back to 76 F. Since my daughter is young, I again requested they turn it down for her nighttime safety. Since the contact was on mainland, they didn't turn the temperature down till 2 in the morning. We went through the same thing the next day. It was weird and Orwellian (like big brother) to have someone else control the temperature of a condo you are renting. I understand cost, but we paid a lot to stay here.

Well they spent two whole days working on the back gate but still never got the entry gate to open. Still blocked off with pylons. Also the downstairs toilet is a bit wobbly. If the next occupants could pick up some pepper that would be great. The place has salt but no pepper. The beach chairs are a bit worn but still functional. Other then these things it is a great place to stay and we would definitely come back again.

Paul's unit was beautifully appointed. It had everything. A very well stocked kitchen and perfectly located. Only complaint was the blinds in the kitchen...very difficult to use to get out onto the lanai. Paul was easy to deal with and very accommodating. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

This is a very nice place to stay. I was a bit concerned about the check-in ahead of time, but it worked out perfectly. The unit is beautiful and very upscale. There was an abundance of beach towels which was very much appreciated. The grounds and facilities available in this complex are very well kept up. It was too bad that the back entrance gate was not working as this unit is located very near that back gate. Hopefully the complex can get it up to speed in the near future. I would definitely recommend this unit and hopefully we can stay here when return to the Big Island.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Waikaloa Colony Villas! The property itself is updated, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. There was plenty of space for our family of four (kids, ages 15 and 10). There are beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards, a cooler, etc. as well. The two pools, hot tub, and workout center in the gated community was a nice touch. The unit could be a little cooler; it was difficult to sleep at night. We messaged Paul around day 4 and he was prompt to knock the temp down a bit for us to make it more comfortable which was wonderful. The directions on the listing takes you to the back entrance which is coned/blocked off and cannot be accessed, so make sure you enter through the opposite gate. Overall, it was an amazing trip. Our family would absolutely stay here again!
