    The Space:

    Experience the best of Hawaii from this third-floor 2BR/2BA condo at the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Soak up the sun at the pool by day and dine alfresco on the covered balcony in the evening. Enjoy nearby access to an array of shopping and dining options as well as Waikoloa Beach -- located just a mile away. As a part of your stay at the Waikoloa Beach Resort, you'll enjoy access to a shared heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center. The resort area also features 36 holes of golf, white sand beaches, tennis courts, shopping complexes, and an array of eateries.



    Unwind into vacation mode in the bright Great Room, highlighted by vaulted ceilings, plush seating, and classic island style. Settle in and watch a movie on the 39” TV and DVD player. Curl up with a favorite book in the upstairs loft, furnished with a convenient futon and writing desk. The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of updated appliances. When culinary creations are complete, gather together at the dining table for four. Or sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar with seating for three.



    Find quiet privacy in the primary suite, furnished with a stately king bed and a TV. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, while the guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination.



    White sand beaches, ancient Hawaiian fish ponds, and incredible sunsets await on Anaeho’omalu Bay -- just a 15-minute walk from the resort. You’ll also find fun for the whole family with a wide range of activities -- including swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, glass-bottom boat rides, windsurfing, and sea kayaking. During the winter you may even spot a Humpback Whale! Stroll to a myriad of dining and shopping options at Kings' Shops and Queens' MarketPlace. For golf enthusiasts, the Kings’ Course and Beach Course are nearby and offer discounts for Waikoloa Beach Resort guests. There are numerous additional courses on the island, all within a short drive.

Beautiful condo in a great location

Beautiful condo! Plenty of space for the 3 adults and 2 teens in our party. Kitchen was well equipped and the view from the lanai was beautiful. The pool on property was great after a hot day on the beach. We always stay in waikaloa when we visit and this condo was the perfect location. Walking distance to queens market and centrally located to all the amazing beaches on the west side of the island

Beautiful condo and amazing location

The condo was beautiful and very clean! Plenty of space for the 3 adults and 2 teens in our family. We cooked several meals there and the kitchen was well equipped. Greet view from the lanai and the pool on property was beautiful. We always stay in waikaloa when we visit and this condos location was great. Short walk to queens market and centrally located to all of the amazing beaches on the w west side of the island

It was a great place in a great location. The AC unit on the patio made it unbearable to sit outside though, excessive noise.

Fabulous Condo!

Your condo had everything that we could have imagined. It was well equipped & very spacious. The condo was in a great location so that we could walk to the beach, restaurants & stores. You and the management company made booking a vacation thru VRBO very easy. We would definitely recommend staying at this condo.

Amazing place

This is the best place we have ever been. The house is big, super clean , comfortable and has everything you need from cooking, to relaxing, to going to the beach they have it all. The place is 5 minutes walk to Queen and Kings market. Where you can find places to eat and shop. Beaches can be found all around less than 20 minutes drive. Best place ever.

My wife and I stayed here...

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. We loved the place! It was great to have everything we needed. It had all the amenities of a hotel, but much with much more space and for a better price! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Thanks again! Jared and Carlye

Very nice Condo right on the golf course

Our group of 3 was very happy with this condo which was a top floor condo. It was very clean and quiet. There was plenty of room and beds were comfortable. The location was very convenient as it was within walking distance of two shopping areas. As long as you don’t mind being right next to a beach it is an excellent choice.

Best Condo Ever!!!

This condo has everything you want for a Hawaiian holiday. It's like they thought of everything! Location is great, top floor, quiet with nice view. Kitchen is absolutely well stocked! Nice pool, barbecues good too! Close to everything. Well managed!

Fairway Villas - Great Location

This property is nicely furnished and is extremely close to Queen's Marketplace, King's Shops, and A-Bay. It's only a couple minutes walk to the Island Gourmet store where you can stock up the kitchen. They also have a great deli offering an great assortment of dishes both Asian and continental. The unit also has a good assortment of beach items that made every day fun.

Perfect!

This condo was everything we hoped and more. It was super conveniently located and stocked with everything one would need for a fun week on Hawaiʻi Island. It was very clean and well-maintained, especially the kitchen and outdoor supplies (fishing poles, body boards, snorkels, etc). Close enough to walk to Queen's Shops. Highly recommended, incredible deal for the price!

View is beautiful. Condo is stocked with everything you need. Very clean, aside from makeshift soda can smoking device under the master sink that we had to dispose of upon our arrival.

Great location.

We appreciated the walking proximity to Anaeho'omalu beach and to the two shopping centers, as well as the complex pool. The condo was just what we expected; clean and well-equipped. We were greeted on the stairway each time in and out of the condo with a pair of Java Sparrows and several playful geckos.The owner was very helpful in answering our questions.We would stay here again!

Our visit to your condo e...

Our visit to your condo earlier this summer was a complete delight. Your Hawaii home is beautifully decorated, nicely equipped (including beach stuff), in a wonderful location and made us feel completely comfortable.
