Awesome property in a rural area that was comfortable and peaceful. Host was very friendly and offered a late checkout as well. Highly recommend this property.

Nigel was very welcoming and informative of local venues. The Cottage was spacious and clean and had all that we needed for our weekly stay. The gardens were beautiful and peaceful. This is our second stay here from 3 yrs ago we will definitely return. Thank you Nigel. Home from home

Time stops at Tayford

The location was perfect so was the accommodation. No clocks in the house! But the listing was incorrect. I put a filter in for a hot tub the main reason for a weekend away! Only to find there was no HOT TUB. If there had been it would have been a perfect weekend. Will think twice before using this web site again.

There are lots of little touches which make it homely. The native pig is so friendly and cute. The gardens are beautiful and full of native birds. Great location, Waipu has some great restaurants/cafe plus a small supermarket. Thank you to the host Nigel he went above and beyond to help me look after my dad. His kindness was beyond any expectations.

My daughter and I stayed here when we were here for a tangi. Thank you Nigel and Keith for sharing your beautiful home with us. Will definitely be back and will recommend to family and friends.

Weekend Bliss

Property was spacious and we all said it had a really nice feel. The gardens were lovely, the rural views, the lovely part Kuni Kuni pig Sausage. Nigel left us fruit and our stay was just lovely. Thank you so much for having us!~
