“Check in was easy, found key box in the dark, house was clean, tidy, bin liners, a few bits and pieces we didnt take were there already, 3 toilets highly recommend with lots of women! ”

“We had a lovely stay in this house, an old cottage way out of town. Beautiful peaceful surroundings and bird song. The house was beautifully clean and tidy with very comfortable beds. “This property is a real back to basics. We've been to lovely hotels and B&Bs but this stay gave us the true rest we were looking for. We were met by Tom, who is a true gentleman, he showed us around and had baked fresh bread for us with butter, milk and breakfast waiting. No oven or cooktop but the bbq was adequate. Chooks visited each day and the paddocks, with the cows in, were only metres from the French doors. Not for everyone but it rejuvenated our souls. We are going back to stay again....

“This place was amazing! We had been quite busy travelling around and seeing the sights of NZ and really needed a little time to recharge and relax and this was the perfect place to do it! Such a pretty cottage with everything we needed. Loved sitting outside listening to the birds and enjoying the seclusion. Great place and the host was so helpful and considerate. Would heartily recommend. ”
