Although i had alot of stairs to climb the staff were very happy to help me when i arrived and when i left thank you. “This is a very nice hotel. They upgraded us to a much bigger room - nice surprise. The pool was warm and the pool spa super warm in a good way. Sometimes parking was full, but we were able to park on the street. The Orangery is a lovely restaurant in a nearby hotel. Serving dinner till 10PM. ”

“Very nice hotel, and upgraded my room to a Presidential room, which is superb. The restaurant is great too, those Blame dishes are cooked in front of you, which is a great experience. Their staff are friendly, too. ”

“Seating around Table adequate in Pool area other deck chairs need a refresh cracks glued n good coat of paint. Mural maybe on wall outside where the spa pool housed n 3D painting old spa circle make good photo moments. My granddaughters loved pool very coolish and I dangled my feet.Obviously they are doing updates as there was a new stairs up to front on side spa pool n they were installing a trampoline. Parking was good out by our room. It's a lovely spot with lots of trees around the area.We...

Grant is one of those people who makes you feel like you've been friends for years even though you only met a few minutes ago. Trudy was just as personable. Whether it be getting restaurant recommendations or borrowing bikes to ride on the New Plymouth Coastal Walkway, they were always ready to be helpful.”
