“Exceeded my expectation! I got a room not a cabin. It was perfect and cozy. I thought I booked a cabin but did it wrong and it worked out. Staff was very kind. Room had everything I needed. I felt completly safe. Every room and cabin was booked and still very quiet. I bet the firepit is amazing !!! No complaints from check in to check out !!! Hope to visit again. ”

“A very nice stay with a beautiful view of the ski area from our deck on the third floor. We had a frig, stove top, dishes and microwave. There is a nice table and chairs but no sitting areas. We brought the deck chairs and table into the room.”

“Was on our bucket list and glad we finally made the reservation. Loved this B&B for a romantic getaway. Well maintained property with historic appeal. Welcoming staff on arrival - felt personal and inviting. The Hampshire room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Old English vibe. Dinner and the complimentary breakfast were delicious. “Max’s Roost was lovely! Clean, bright. It feels more like an AirBnB because there isn’t an in-person reception, but the communication was good and effective. There is a nice organized binder in the room to answer any questions you might have. My only warning is the bedframe is VERY creaky. If you turn over, it’s going to creak—very loudly. It’s alarming.
