“The property was in disrepair and unclean condition. There was a leaky faucet, the toilet chain had to be attached, The bathroom smelled like it needed a deep cleaning as did the whole place. The couch and chairs had holes. The one chair's seat was completely sunk in. very uncomfortable. The couch/ hideaway bed was FILTHY. The swimming pool had a rat trap next to it. One of the jacuzzi didn't work at all and was covered with plywood. There was food crumbs in kitchen drawers and dishes needed...

“Upstairs king bed is very comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms seemed clean. Kitchen was ok, but the living and dining areas were not. There were ants and also termites (or flying ants). There were some broken lamp switches, no sponge to wash dishes, and the dishwasher door was tough to close. The pull out couch was well-worn and the mattress was very dirty. There were cobwebs on the first floor. We enjoyed the balconies, and it's a great location -- close to historic Newport and the sea lions,...

“Overall, we had a great stay. The location is hard to beat—you can literally walk across the street, head down the stairs, and you're on the beach. We also had a great sunset view between the two larger hotels nearby.For anyone traveling with dogs, the fenced backyard is a huge plus. We didn't leave our dogs out there unattended, but having a secure yard made the stay much easier.The only real downside was the cleanliness when we arrived. It looked like a husky or another long-haired white dog...

We didn’t get to see any sea lions from the balcony during our visit, but there were a few just down the street at the sea lion docks.The property is two separate condo units connected by a locked interior door. Since we rented both units, the host quickly provided the code so we could unlock it and enjoy the space as one large condo. Great communication and a wonderful stay! WiFi was kind of spotty downstairs but great upstairs!”

“Beautiful home in a beautiful city, the only thing stopping this trip from being a perfect 10/10 was the wifi disconnecting every 5 minutes so it made it difficult to watch a movie worth the stay and will definitely stay again”
